Abstract

Rice-Fish Culture Systems merupakan budidaya ikan dan padi dalam satu hamparan sawah. Keberhasilan RFCS pada lahan bekas tambang perlu dievaluasi kesuburan tanahnya. Salah satu indikator untuk mengetahui kesuburan tanah adalah dengan mempelajari keanekaragaman invertebrata tanah. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk memperoleh jenis invertebrata yang dominan, nilai indeks keanekaragaman, kemerataan jenis dan kesamaan komunitas invertebrata dalam kolam RFCS di lahan bekas tambang. Metode yang digunakan dengan melakukan pengambilan sampel invertebrata pada kelompok makrofauna dengan plot 20 x 20 cm2 dan mesofauna dengan corer berdiameter 5 cm yang dilakukan di hari ke-80 dan 110. Hasil dari penelitian ini ditemukan adanya jenis mesofauna dan makrofauna sejumlah 12 jenis. Kelimpahan invertebrata tanah tertinggi diketahui pada kolam C, sedangkan komposisi invertebrata yang ditemukan dominan pada kolam RFCS yaitu jenis Pomacea canaliculata dan Lumbriculus sp. Hasil nilai indeks keanekaragaman (H’), indeks dominansi (D), dan indeks kemerataan jenis (J) pada kolam B dan media tanam padi memiliki nilai yang paling baik. Nilai indeks kesamaan komunitas yang paling baik (mendekati nilai 1) ditemukan pada kolam A dan C serta kolam B dan C================================================================================================================================
Rice-Fish Culture Systems is a fish and rice cultivation in one field. The success of RFCS on ex-mining areas needs to be evaluated for its soil fertility. One of the indicators to determine soil fertility is to study the diversity of soil invertebrates. The purposes of this study were to obtain the dominant invertebrate types, diversity index values, evenness of species and similarities of invertebrate communities in RFCS ponds on ex-mining area. The method used was by taking invertebrate samples of macrofauna group in 20 x 20 cm2 plot and mesofauna using 5 cm diameter corer carried out on the 80th and 110th day. The Result shows that 12 species of mesofauna and macrofauna was found in ex – mining areas. The highest abundance of soil invertebrates is known in pond C, whereas the dominant composition of invertebrates found in RFCS ponds are the species of Pomacea canaliculata and Lumbriculus sp. The results of the diversity index (H '), dominance index (D), and evenness index (J) in pool B and rice planting media have the best value. The best community similarity index (the closest value to 1) is found in ponds A and C as well as ponds B and C.
