Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menentukan faktor-faktor yang menjadi pertimbangan dalam pemilihan metode pekerjaan erection girder, antara lain metode yang efektif dan efisien, faktor yang memengaruhi proses pelaksanaan, serta membandingkan metode pelaksanaan pekerjaan erection girder menggunakan launcher girder dan crawler crane. Berdasarkan data yang didapatkan, baik primer maupun sekunder, kemudian dilakukan analisis rencana metode, kebutuhan material dan alat, waktu, biaya, dan mutu pekerjaan untuk launcher girder dan crawler crane. Kemudian berdasarkan hasil analisis tersebut dilakukan penentuan metode yang paling tepat, dan dapat disimpulkan faktor yang menjadi pertimbangan dalam pemilihan metode, diantaranya yaitu kondisi lapangan, letak lokasi, keadaan cuaca, sumber daya manusia, daya dukung tanah, spesifikasi alat dan mobilisasi peralatan. Salah satu perbedaan dalam metode launcher girder dan crawler crane adalah cara peletakan balok girder pada titik tumpuan. Metode crawler crane memiliki waktu pengerjaan relatif lebih cepat jika dibandingkan dengan metode launcher girder, karena mobilisasi alat dilakukan dalam kondisi terpisah, sedangkan metode launcher girder memiliki keuntungan dari segi biaya, kepresisian alat, dan cara operasi. Sesuai latar belakang masalah yang ada, yaitu proyek terlalu lama dikerjakan, maka, dari perhitungan analisis didapat hasil metode yang efektif lebih unggul dari segi waktu untuk pekerjaan erection girder pada Proyek Relokasi Jalan Tol Surabaya-Gempol Ruas Porong-Gempol Paket 1 Jembatan Pamotan STA 37+600 menggunakan crawler crane dengan biaya Rp 657.731.183 dan waktu pelaksanaan 5 hari

The aim of this research is to know the factors to choose and consider the best method for erection girder, to know the effective and efficient method for erection girder implementation, to know affecting factor of erection girder implementation process, and to compare erection girder method implementation using launcher girder and crawler crane. Based on the data obtained, both primary and secondary, then crawler crane and girder launcher method plans were analyzed, material, equipment requirements, time, cost and quality of each method were analyzed. Based on the results of the analysis are used to determine the most appropriate method, and it can be concluded as consideration after the analysis has been done, include the affecting factors of using erection girder method was field conditions, field location, weather conditions, human resources, soil bearing capacity, equipment specifications, and equipment mobilization. The fundamental difference between the crawler crane method and the girder launcher is how to lay the girder beam at the point of support. The process of crawler crane method has relatively faster than girder launcher method because equipment mobilization was done in separate condition, while girder launcher method has some advantages in terms of cost, equipment precision, and operation mode. In accordance with the background problem, that the project is too long to work on, then, from the analytical calculation, it can be found that the effective method of erection girder method implementation at Relocation Project of Surabaya-Gempol Toll Road Segment Porong-Gempol Section 1 Pamotan Bridge STA 37+600 was using crawler crane with total cost Rp 657.731.183 in 5 days
