Abstract
Berkembangnya pembangunan kantor secara pesat pada perkotaan besar, salah satunya kota Surabaya, membuat para pengusaha berlomba-lomba menciptakan bangunan kantor yang dapat menampilkan ciri khas perusahaan dan juga memberikan kenyamanan dan inovasi baru bagi penggunanya. Kantor Telkom Margoyoso di Surabaya, merupakan salah satu kantor besar yang terletak di pusat kota Surabaya. Letaknya yang strategis di pusat perkotaan menjadi salah satu alasan didirikannya pusat pelayanan pelanggan berupa Plasa Tekom Digital. Berdasarkan visi dan misi, serta citra perusahaannya, kantor ini berusaha menjadi yang terdepan dalam pelayanan dan menjadi model perusahaan terbaik di Indonesia. Untuk mewujudkan hal tersebut, dibutuhkan adanya inovasi dan pengembangan dalam berbagai aspek, termasuk interior kantor guna menunjang kegiatan dan kebutuhan penggunanya, sehingga bangunan kantor dapat mencerminkan citra serta visi dan misi perusahaannya. Berdasarkan penjelasan tersebut, diciptakan ide desain berupa fasilitas tambahan baru pada area layanan publik berupa area pameran berbasis digital, dan menciptakan area lounge pegawai pada area kerja utama kantor di lantai tiga, untuk menunjang kebutuhan dan kenyamanan pegawai. Melalui tahap pengumpulan data, didapatkan konsep perancangan redesain kantor Telkom berknosep edutainment and services yang mencerminkan citra perusahaan Telkom.

The development of office construction in big cities, Surabaya being one of them, leads entrepreneurs compete to build an office with their own trademark and provide comfort for users. Telkom Margoyoso Surabaya is one big office located in downtown. For its strategic location, customer service center named Plaza Telkom Digital is established in the office. In line with the company vision, mission and image, Telkom is doing its best to become prominent in service and being a good example company. Innovation and development in some aspects are needed to manifest the idea, office interior innovation included because office building needs to reflect its company image. Based on the explanation above, a new facility is added to the public service area in the form of digital based exhibition area and a new lounge area is established in the main working space to provide a pleasant working area. With data collection, a redesign concept is being set up for the office with edutainment and services concept that reflected Telkom’s image.
