Abstract
Penanganan lahan cekungan bekas tambang di PT Semen Indonesia melalui reklamasi dan revegetasi. Terdapat tiga lahan reklamasi dengan urukan berbeda. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk megidentifikasi mikoriza, persentase infeksi dan kandungan nitrogen total dan menguji korelasi kandungan nitrogen dengan jenis dan kepadatan mikoriza. Sampel tanah dianalisis dengan penyaringan basah dan akar tanaman sengon dianalisis dengan pewarnaan serta uji kandungan nitrogen total menggunakan metode Kjeldahl (ppm). Data di analisis secara statistik dengan ANOVA. Ditemukan empat genus mikoriza yakni genus Glomus , Acaulospora, Gigaspora dan Scutellaspora dengan kepadatan spora tertinggi pada lahan reklamasi urukan reject dengan jumlah 1152 spora/100gr tanah. Persentase infeksi mikoriza pada akar tanaman sengon termasuk dalam kategori rendah. Kandungan nitrogen total pada tanah nilai tertinggi pada pengambilan sampel kedua yakni 0,13% sedangkan kandungan terendah dengan nilai 0,06%. Terdapat korelasi negatif antara kandungan nitrogen dengan kepadatan mikoriza dan persentase infeksi akar dengan nilai r=-0.61 dan r=-0.408.

Handling of ex-mine basin areas at PT Semen Indonesia through reclamation and revegetation. There are three reclamation fields with different claims. The aim of this study was to identify mycorrhizae, percentage of infections and total nitrogen content and test the correlation of nitrogen content with type and mycorrhizal density. Soil samples were analyzed by wet screening techniques and the roots of the sengon plants were analyzed by staining technique and total nitrogen content testing using the Kjeldahl (ppm) method. Data were analyzed statistically by ANOVA. Four genes of mycorrhiza were found, namely the genus Glomus , Acaulospora, Gigaspora and Scutellaspora with the highest spore density on reject reclaimed land with 1152 spores / 100gr soil. The percentage of mycorrhizal infections in the roots of sengon plants is included in the low category. The total nitrogen content in the soil with the highest value in the second sampling is 0.13% while the lowest content is 0.06%. There is a negative correlation between nitrogen content with mycorrhizal density and percentage of root infections with values r = -0.61 and r=-0408.
