Abstract

Fasilitas gedung pendidikan merupakan prasarana yang menunjang jalannya proses belajar mengajar. Prasarana pendidikan adalah semua perangkat kelengkapan dasar yang secara tidak langsung menunjang pelaksanaan proses pendidikan di sekolah. Pentingnya suatu pendidikan harus memperhatikan kuliatas dan kuantitas fasilitas penunjang proses pembelajaran, antara lain harus seimbang atau daya tampung ruang belajar dengan jumlah pelajar sehingga tercapainya wadah pendidikan yang berkualitas. Seperti kasus yang terjadi pada gedung perkulihan di Malang pada tahun 2019 akan melakukan pertambahan lantai untuk kebutuhan ruang kelas, hal ini dikarenakan gedung ini merupakan gedung kuliah bersama yang bertujuan untuk pertambahan kapasitas ruang kelas. Adapun metode yang digunakan dalam pelaksaaan proses pertambahan lantai dengan mengamati kondisi visual eksisting gedung, selanjutnya menggolongkan hasil pengamatan visual termasuk dalam tidak bagus atau bagus, apabila kondisi kurang bagus harus dilakukan perbaikan dan untuk kondisi masih bagus maka dilanjutkan proses analisa pembebanan dan permodelan struktur. Dalam proses permodelan struktur dibagi menjadi dua yaitu permodelan struktur eksiting sebelum pertambahan lantai didapat safety factor bangunan dan permodelan struktur setelah pertamabahan lantai didapat elemen struktur yang diperkuat. Dari hasil analisa permodelan struktur setelah pertambahan lantai terdapat bebrapa elemen struktur geser balok dan pelat lantai tidak memnuhi kapasitas nominal. Metode perkuatan yang digunakan adalah carbon fiber polymer.

Educational infrastructure is all basic equipment that indirectly supports the implementation of the education process in schools. The importance of education must pay attention to the quality and quantity of facilities that support the learning process, among others, must be balanced or the capacity of the learning space with the number of students so as to achieve a quality education container. As the case that occurred in the recovery building in Malang in 2019 will increase the floor for the needs of classrooms, this is because this building is a shared lecture hall that aims to increase the capacity of classrooms. The method used in the implementation of the process of increasing the floor by observing the visual condition of the existing building, then classifying the results of visual observations included in not good or good, if the conditions are not good, repairs must be done and conditions are still good then proceed with the analysis process and structural modeling. In the process of modeling the structure is divided into two, namely the modeling of the existing structure before the addition of the floor obtained by building safety factors and modeling the structure after the first floor is obtained reinforced structural elements. From the results of the modeling analysis of the structure after the addition of the story there are several shear structural elements of the beam and the floor plate do not meet the nominal capacity. The reinforcement method used is carbon fiber polymer.
