Abstract
Pemilihan pemasok merupakan hal yang penting untuk perusahaan. Resiko yang ditimbulkan oleh pemasok akan berdampak cukup besar pada performa perusahaan. Untuk memitigasi hal tersebut, setiap perusahaan memiliki karakteristik yang berbeda mengenai pemasok. Karakteristik tersebut terbagi menjadi kriteria dalam pemilihan supplier. Pada penelitian ini, kriteria dalam pemilihan supplier akan diberi pembobotan dengan Best Worst Method dan membandingkan tiga metode perangkingan, MOORA, COPRAS dan TOPSIS. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah perusahaan manufaktur ABC yang bergerak di bidang pertambangan. Dari hasil penelitian, terdapat 16 kriteria yang dengan menggunakan Delphi Method. Kriteria – kriteria tersebut terbagi menjadi empat kriteria utama yaitu service, quality, cost dan time. Dari hasil pembobotan Best Worst Method, sub kriteria price pada kriteria cost memiliki bobot terbesar bagi perusahaan ABC.
Perusahaan ABC memberikan standart minimal akurasi metode sebesar 85%. Hasil akurasi perangkingan metode MOORA, COPRAS dan TOPSIS dan menyertakan pembobotan sebesar 65,75%, 61,64% dan 58,90%. Hasil akurasi ini cukup jauh dari target perusahaan ABC. Percobaan kedua adalah menghitung akurasi perangkingan dengan menyertakan hasil pembobotan. Hasil dari pengujian akurasi ini didapat, COPRAS memiliki akurasi sebesar 91,78%, MOORA memiliki akurasi sebesar 90,41% dan TOPSIS memiliki akurasi sebesar 75,34 %. Dari hasil ini COPRAS dan MOORA bisa diterapkan pada perusahaan ABC. Perbandingan secara kompleksitas, dengan menyebar kuesioner terhadap perusahaan ABC. COPRAS terpilih karena mudah dalam implementasinya dan tidak terlalu memakan banyak resource dalam perhitungannya.

Selection of suppliers is important for the company. The risks posed by suppliers will have a significant impact on the company's performance. To mitigate this, each company has different characteristics regarding suppliers. These characteristics are divided into criteria in supplier selection. In this study, the criteria in selecting suppliers will be weighted by Best Worst Method and comparing the three ranking methods, COPRAS, MOORA and TOPSIS. The sample in this study is an ABC manufacturing company engaged in mining. From the results of the study, there were 16 criteria using the Delphi Method. These criteria are divided into four main criteria, namely service, quality, cost and time. From the results of weighting Best Worst Method, the price sub criteria on cost criteria have the greatest weight for ABC companies.
ABC company provides a minimum standard method accuracy of 85%. The results of the ranking accuracy of the COPRAS, MOORA and TOPSIS methods and include weighting of 65.75%, 61.64% and 58.90%. The results of this accuracy are quite far from the target of the ABC company. The second experiment is to calculate ranking accuracy by including the weighting results. The results of this accuracy testing were obtained, COPRAS had an accuracy of 91.78%, MOORA had an accuracy of 90.41% and TOPSIS had an accuracy of 75.34%.
