Abstract
Kota Padang merupakan kota terbesar di pantai barat pulau Sumatra sekaligus ibu kota dari provinsi Sumatra Barat. Dilihat dari kondisi tektoniknya, kota Padang sangat rawan akan bencana gempa bumi. Salah satu upaya yang dapat dilakukan untuk meminimalisir kerusakan bangunan akibat gempa bumi adalah dengan menyiapkan bangunan yang tahan gempa. Di Indonesia sendiri, syarat-syarat perencanaan struktur bangunan gedung tahan gempa diatur dalam SNI-03-1726-2012 tentang Tata Cara Perencanaan Ketahanan Gempa Untuk Struktur Bangunan Gedung dan Non Gedung yang mengacu pada Peta Gempa Indonesia 2010. Seiring semakin bertambah besarnya gempa yang terjadi di wilayah Indonesia akhir-akhir ini, maka disusunlah Peta Gempa Indonesia 2017. Terbatasnya Peta Gempa Indonesia berupa zona kontur yang menyatakan batas atas dan bawah percepatan tanah, tentu saja sangat berpengaruh pada beban gempa rencana yang terjadi. Oleh karena itu, dilakukan evaluasi mengenai kinerja struktur bangunan apartemen di padang akibat beban gempa menggunakan metode Probabilistic seismic hazard analysis (PSHA), peta gempa 2010, dan peta gempa 2017. Pada metode PSHA data gempa diperoleh dari katalog gempa U.S Geological Survey (USGS). Evaluasi kinerja menggunakan metode analisa respon spektrum, dimana respons maksimum dari tiap ragam getar yang terjadi didapat dari Spektrum Respons PSHA.

The city of Padang is the largest city on the west coast of Sumatra island and the capital city of West Sumatra province. Judging from its tectonic conditions, the city of Padang is very vulnerable to earthquake disasters. One thing that can be done to minimize building damage due to earthquakes is to prepare earthquake resistant buildings. In Indonesia itself, the requirements for planning earthquake-resistant building structures are regulated in SNI-03-1726-2012 concerning Procedures for Planning Earthquake Resilience for Building and Non-Building Structures referring to the 2010 Indonesian Earthquake Map. As the magnitude of the earthquake that occurred in Indonesia's territory has been increasing lately, the Indonesian Earthquake Map of 2017 has been compiled. The limited Indonesian Earthquake Map is in the form of a contour zone which states the upper and lower limits of earthquake acceleration, of course very influential on the planned earthquake load. Therefore, an evaluation of the structure performance of apartment buildings in Padang will be evaluated due to earthquake loads using the Probabilistic Seismic Hazard Analysis (PSHA) method, the Indonesian Earthquake Map of 2010, and the Indonesian Earthquake Map of 2017. In the PSHA method earthquake data is obtained from the U.S Geological Survey (USGS) earthquake catalog. Performance evaluation uses the spectrum response analysis method, where the maximum response from each variety of vibrations that occurs is obtained from the PSHA Response Spectrum.
