Abstract
Terdapat tiga fasilitas transit di Kota Surabaya sebagai fasilitas transit pengguna Kereta Api Lokal (jalur selatan), adanya Kereta Api Lokal (Komuter Su-Por, Penataran, Dhoho dan Ekonomi Lokal/KRD) berbasis transit sebagai salah satu cara dalam mengatasi kemacetan lalu lintas di ruas jalan dengan demand (permintaan) jauh lebih kecil daripada supply (persediaan). Saat ini terdapat rencana pengembangan fasilitas keterpaduan intermoda di stasiun berupa keterpaduan moda privat dan publik. Sehingga diperlukan kajian aksesibilitas terhadap stasiun untuk mendukung pergerakan berbasis transit. Penelitian ini melalui empat tahap analisis. Tahap pertama, menganalisa karakteristik pergerakan berbasis transit di ketiga stasiun (Stasiun Wonokromo, Gubeng dan Surabaya Kota) dengan menggunakan analisis deskriptif. Tahap kedua menganalisa variabel-variabel pembentuk indeks aksesibilitas stasiun berdasarkan pelaku pengguna moda di ketiga stasiun di Kota Surabaya, yaitu Walk and Ride (WnR), Park and Ride (PnR) dan Public Transport dan Ride (PtnR) dengan analisis Analitycal Hierarchy Proses (AHP). Tahap ketiga mengukur indeks aksesibilitas pada stasiun di Kota Surabaya dengan analisis skala likert, statistika deskriptif dan metode composite measure. Dan tahap keempat menganalisa tingkat aksesibilitas dan tingkat penggunaan Kereta Api Lokal melalui perbandingan dari ketiga stasiun di Kota Surabaya melalui analisis korelasi deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa kemudahan paling tinggi yang dapat dijangkau dengan berjalan kaki adalah Stasiun Gubeng, kemudahan paling tinggi yang dapat dijangkau dengan kendaraan pribadi adalah Stasiun Surabaya Kota dan kemudahan paling tinggi yang dapat dijangkau dengan transportasi umum adalah Stasiun Gubeng. Hasil korelasi menunjukan terdapat korelasi yang signifikan antara indeks aksesibilitas dengan tingkat penggunaan moda akses berjalan kaki, berkendara pribadi maupun berkendaran umum.

There are three stations in Surabaya City as transit facilities for users of Local Railways (southern lanes), the existence of a local train (Su-Por Commuter, Penataran, Dhoho, and Ekonomi Lokal/ KRD) based transit as one way to overcome traffic congestion on roads with demand is much smaller than the supply. Nowadays there is planning to develop intermodal cohesion facilities at the station in the form of integrated between private mode and public. So it is necessary to study the accessibility of the stations and to support movement based on transit in Surabaya City. This research has four stages of analysis. The first is to analyze the characteristics of transit-based movement in the three stations (Wonokromo, Gubeng and Surabaya Kota) by using descriptive analysis. The second stage is to analyze the variables forming station accessibility index based on the users of modal actors in the three stations in Kota Surabaya, namely Walk and Ride (WnR), Park and Ride (PnR) and Public Transport and Ride (PtnR) by analysis of Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). The third stage is to measure the accessibility index at stations in Kota Surabaya with a Likert scale analysis, descriptive statistics and the composite measure method. For the last, the fourth stage is to analyze the level of accessibility and level of use for Local Railways through a comparison of the three stations in Surabaya City through a descriptive correlation analysis. The results showed that the highest access to station by foot and public transportation is Gubeng Station. Surabaya Kota Station is the highest access with private vehicles. The result of correlation analysis showed that station accesibility index was related significantly with the level of mode usage to access station.
