Abstract
UMKM memiliki peran yang sangat penting dalam meningkatkan perekonomian negara, selain itu UMKM juga disebut sebagai tulang pungung perekonomian Indonesia. Namun, UMKM masih dihadapkan dengan berbagai permasalahan seperti belum adanya peningkatan kualitas sumber daya manusia, kondisi lingkungan yang dinamis membuat UMKM memiliki tingkat kegagalan yang tinggi, jumlah UMKM yang semakin meningkat juga membuat persaingan menjadi lebih ketat dan keinginan pelanggan yang cepat berubah membuat UMKM sulit untuk mempertahankan dan meningkatkan kinerja bisnisnya secara tepat waktu. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengidentifikasi pengaruh orientasi kewirausahaan dan orientasi pasar terhadap kinerja bisnis pada sektor UMKM. Data penelitian pada penelitian ini didapatkan dari survei berbasis kuesioner. Kuesioner penelitian akan disebarkan kepada UMKM yang beroperasi di kota Surabaya dan pengisian kuesioner akan diwakilkan oleh pemilik atau pengurus UMKM. Data pada penelitian ini didapatkan dari survey berbais kuesioner dan didapatkan 100 responden. Metode yang digunakan untuk menganalisis model penelitian ini adalah PLS-SEM. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tidak terdapat hubungan langsung antara orientasi kewirausahaan dan kinerja bisnis, namun terdapat hubungan tidak langsung dengan mediasi orientasi pasar, terdapat pengaruh positif secara langsung hubungan antara orientasi kewirausahaan dan orientasi pasar, dan terdapat hubungan positf yang dignifikan antara orientasi pasar dan kinerja bisnis

MSMEs have a very important role in improving the country's economy, besides that MSMEs are also referred to as the spine of the Indonesian economy. However, MSMEs are still faced with various problems such as the lack of improvement in the quality of human resources, dynamic environmental conditions that make MSMEs have a high failure rate, increasing numbers of MSMEs also make competition tighter and the rapidly changing desires of customers make SMEs difficult to maintain and improve business performance in a timely manner. This research was conducted with the aim of identifying the influence of entrepreneurial orientation and market orientation on business performance in the MSME sector. The research data in this study were obtained from questionnaire-based surveys. The research questionnaire will be distributed to MSMEs operating in the city of Surabaya and filling in the questionnaire will be represented by the owner or management of the MSME. The data in this study were obtained from questionnaire surveyed and obtained 100 respondents. The method used to analyze this research model is PLS-SEM. The results showed that there was no direct relationship between entrepreneurial orientation and business performance, but there was an indirect relationship with market orientation mediation, there was a direct positive influence on the relationship between entrepreneurial orientation and market orientation, and there was a positive relationship between market orientation and business performance
