Abstract
Latar Belakang: PT. Perkebunan Nusantara (PTPN) XI pada tahun 2017 telah mengaplikasikan sistem ERP untuk mendukung proses bisnisnya. Keberhasilan implementasi sistem ERP pada PTPN XI ditentukan oleh beberapa faktor yang mempengaruhi, baik itu internal maupun eksternal perusahaan. Faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi disebut juga sebagai key drivers.
Permasalahan: Dari latar belakang yang telah dijelaskan diatas, permasalahan utama dalam pembuatan tugas akhir ini adalah PTPN XI ingin mengetahui faktor-faktor apa saja yang mempengaruhi pengapdosian dan rutinisasi penggunaan sistem sistem ERP. Tujuan: Tujuan utama pembuatan tugas akhir ini adalah melakukan analisis pengaruh key drivers yang terdiri dari relative advantage, compatibility, complexity, top management support, technology competence, competitive pressure, ERP environment dan information sharing terhadap kesuksesan adopsi dan rutinisasi sistem ERP pada PTPN XI. Metode: Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian tugas akhir ini adalah menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Penelitian ini menggunakan tujuh independen variabel atau dikenal sebagai key drivers (relative advantage, compatibility, complexity, top management support, technology competence, competitive pressure, ERP environment) yang masing-masing memiliki indikator. Sedangkan variabel dependen yang terdiri dari adoption dan routinisation juga memiliki indikator. Studi kuantitatif selanjutnya menggunakan Partial Least Square (PLS) dengan memanfaatkan perangkat lunak SmartPLS.
Hasil yang dicapai: Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa key drivers memberikan pengaruh yang cukup signifikan terhadap tahapan adopsi, namun memberikan pengaruh yang kurang signifikan terhadap rutinisasi sistem ERP. Information sharing juga bukan sebagai variabel moderator antara tahapan adopsi dan tahapan rutinisasi.

PT. Perkebunan Nusantara (PTPN) XI in 2017 has implemented an ERP system to support its business processes. The success of the ERP system implementation at PTPN XI is determined by several factors that influence both internal and external of companies. Those influencing factors are also called key drivers. From the backround described above, the main problem in making this thesis is that PTPN XI want to know the influencing factors that have been influenced on adoption and routinization of ERP systems. The aim is to analyze the influence of key drivers which consists of relative advantages, compatibility, complexity, top management support, technology competence, competitive pressure, ERP environment and information sharing on the success of ERP system adoption and routinization in PTPN XI.
The method used in this final project is to use quantitative studies. This thesis uses seven independent variables or known as key drivers (relative advantages, compatibility, complexity, top management support, technology competence, competitive pressure, ERP environment), each of which has an indicator. While the dependent variable consisting of adoption and routinization which also has indicators. Further quantitative studies use Partial Least Square (PLS) by utilizing SmartPLS software. This study found that key drivers have a significant influence on the adoption stages, but have a less significant influence on the ERP system routinization. Information sharing is also not a moderator variable between the stages of adoption and the stages of routinization.
