Abstract
Pengendalian kualitas sangat penting digunakan dalam menjaga dan menentukan kualitas produk untuk menemukan faktor yang diduga menyebabkan kurang lancarnya proses produksi. PT Bambang Djaja merupakan suatu perusahaan manufaktur transformator. PT Bambang Djaja dengan produk yang paling banyak diproduksi adalah transformator hermetically sealed 50 kVA dibanding 14 jenis transformator lainnya. Transformator hermetically sealed 50 kVA memiliki empat karakteristik kualitas yang saling berhubungan yaitu, Rugi-rugi besi (WF), rugi-rugi tembaga (Wcu) impedansi (Iz) dan arus mengalir tanpa beban (I0). Hasil penelitian Manik, 2018 mengenai Transformator hermetically sealed 50 kVA menggunakan pengendalian kualitas secara multivariate yaitu masih terdapat proses yang tidak terkendali sehingga dilakukan analisis lanjutan mengenai penyebab proses tidak terkendali serta pengendalian kualitas menggunakan peta kendali I-MR dan kapabilitas proses sehingga dapat diketahui variabel-variabel yang menyebabkan proses tidak terkendali yang berguna untuk upaya peningkatan kualitas produk transformator hermetically sealed 50 kVA dengan hasil variabel WF merupakan penyebab proses tidak terkendali dan observasi 1-88 telah kapabel namun observasi 89-140 tidak kapabel.

Quality control is very important to use in maintaining and determining the quality of the product to find a faktor that is suspected to cause less production processes. PT Bambang Djaja is a transformer manufacturing company. PT Bambang Djaja with the most produced product is hermetically sealed transformer 50 kVA compared to 14 other types of transformer. Transformer hermetically sealed 50 kVA has four interconnected quality characteristics namely, iron loss (WF), copper loss (WCU) impedance (Iz) and flow flowing without load (I0). The results of the research bead, 2018 regarding transformer hermetically sealed 50 kVA using multivariate analysis is still there are many observations that are out of control so that further analysis is carried out on the cause of observation out of control As well as quality control using I-MR control maps and process capabilities so that variabels can be known to cause an out-of-control observation that is useful for the improvement of product quality transformer hermetically sealed 50 kVA with WF variabel results is the cause of out-of-control and observation 1-88 has been kapabel but observation 89-140 has not kapabel.
