Abstract

Pada Stasiun Pengumpul Utama B (SPU-B) PT. Pertamina EP Asset 3 Field Jatibarang, pompa injeksi merupakan bagian yang penting dalam proses eksplorasi dan produksi. Pompa Injeksi digunakan untuk menginjeksikan Brines Water dari Skim Tank menuju Sumur Injeksi dibawah tanah dimana berfungsi untuk menjaga tekanan pada reservoir sumur agar tetap stabil. Instalasi pompa injeksi ini menggunakan satu pompa yang beroperasi selama 1x24 jam dengan satu pompa backup dalam keadaan stand by. Pada tugas akhir ini bertujuan melakukan pemilihan ulang pompa yang sesuai dengan instalasi pompa injeksi. Kecepatan aliran di dalam pipa harus sesuai dengan kecepatan aliran yang diijinkan berdasarkan fluida kerjanya. Oleh karena itu, perhitungan head efektif instalasi, efisiensi, dan daya pompa dilakukan secara manual dan dibandingkan dengan numerik menggunakan software pipe flow expert . Pada perhitungan ulang didapat diameter pipa Suction sebesar 8 inch dan pipa Dishcarge sebesar 5 inch. Kapasitas pompa diketahui yaitu 0,0316m3/s dengan Heff sebesar 444 m, efisiensi pompa sebesar 74%, daya pompa sebesar 220 kW, serta didapatkan NPSHA sebesar 13,07 m. Dengan kebutuhan tersebut, maka dipilih pompa sentrifugal multistage ‘Ebara Multistage Pump MS Series type MSS - 6 Stages’. Kata kunci :Pompa Injeksi, Brines Water.

At SPU-B PT. Pertamina EP Asset 3 Jatibarang Field, injection pump is an important part of the exploration and production process. The Injection Pump is used to inject Brines Water from the Skim Tank to the Injection Well which serves to maintain the pressure in the well reservoir to remain stable. This injection pump installation uses one pump that operates for 1x24 hours with one backup pump in a stand-by condition. In this final project the aim is to re-select the pump that is in accordance with the injection pump installation. In addition, the flow velocity inside the pipe must be in accordance with the flow rate range that is permitted based on the working fluid. Therefore, the calculation of the capacity, power, efficiency, and effective head of the installation is done manually and compared to numerically using Pipe Flow Expert software. In the recalculation, obtained the diameter of Suction pipe is 8 inch and Dishcarge pipe is 5 inch. Pump capacity is known as 0.0316m3 /s with Heff of 444 m, pump efficiency is 74%, pump power is 220 kW, and NPSHA is 13,07 m. With these needs, was chosen centrifugal pump ‘Ebara Multistage Pump MS Series type MSS - 6 Stages’. Keywords : Injection Pump,Brines Water.
