Abstract

Kerja dari separator dipengaruhi oleh level untuk menjaga kemurnian fluida. Seiiring penggunaannya performansi separator akan menurun karena degradasi komponen yang menyebabkan terjadinya kegagalan fungsi dari separator, salah satunya gangguan berupa kesalahan aktuator. Agar separator dapat bekerja secara optimal maka diperlukan peningkatan keandalan pada sistem. Pada tugas akhir ini dirancang sistem prediksi keandalan real-time sistem pengendalian level separator. Langkah utama yang dilakukan dalam perancangan sistem ini adalah perancangan observer untuk mengestimasi kesalahan, perancangan algoritma exponential smoothing untuk memprediksi kesalahan dan perancangan algoritma reliability prediction untuk menghitung keandalan. Pada Observer hasil estimasi kesalahan mengikuti dinamika kesalahan residual atau riil yang terjadi dan terdapat deviasi dengan nilai sebesar 0.064%. Pada algoritma exponential smoothing ditemukan bahwa time interval terbaik adalah 1s . Pada uji coba algoritma reliability prediction ditemukan bahwa keandalan dengan nilai prediksi yang lebih depan dapat lebih dini mengindikasikan terjadinya kegagalan pada sistem.

Work of the separator is affected by the level to maintain fluid purity. Along with the use of the separator, the performance of separator will decrease due to the degradation of the component which causes the failure of the separator, one of which is the interference of an actuator error. In order to work optimally, separator need to increase its reliability system. In this final project, a system for predicting reliability of real-time control system for separator level is designed. The main step taken in designing this system is designing an observer to estimate errors, designing exponential smoothing algorithms to predict errors and designing reliability prediction algorithms to calculate reliability. From the Observer, the results of errors estimation follow the dynamics of residual or real errors and there is a deviation with a value of 0.064%. From the exponential smoothing algorithm it is found that the best time interval is 1 seconds. From reliability prediction algorithm, it is found that reliability with an earlier prediction value could indicate a failure in the system more earlier.
