Abstract

CV.

CV. Surya Makmur is one of the manufacturing companies engaged in the manufacture of shovels and hoes in Gresik Regency, East Java. During this time the quality control method at CV. Surya Makmur is done in a descriptive way, namely separating products that are suitable and which are not in accordance with predetermined standards. What is the problem is the process capable? A process is said to be capable if statistically controlled and the capability index is more than one. By using Full C Map the process in phase 1 and phase 2 was controlled with BKA = 28.61; BKB = 4.28 and the average number of defects ( C ) = 16.44. the cp index for phase 1 and phase 2 is the same, namely 1.03008. There is no significant difference between the number of defective products in Phase 1 (November) and Phase 2 (December) 2018. So it can be concluded that both phases are capable because they meet statistically controlled criteria and the kapabilits index ( P % ) is more than 1.
