Abstract

Dalam dunia industri kabel-kabel didapatkan dari pabrik suplier kabel. Namun beberapa pabrik menyuplai kabel yang belum rapi atau terbelit sehingga ketika kabel sampai di bagian produksi maka produksi akan terganggu. Dengan adanya permasalahan tersebut, maka memunculkan ide bagi penulis untuk membuat sistem semi otomatis mesin penggerak penggulung ulang kabel. Kontroler menggunakan arduino sebagai pemroses datanya. Kecepatan putaran motor diatur dengan menggunakan pulse width modulator atau pwm yang dibangkitkan oleh arduino sedangkan putaran motor stepper dikendalikan oleh sekuensial output. Kedua motor tersebut harus sinkron agar didapatkan penggulungan ulang yang presisi. Hasil gulungan kabel mempunyai kerapatan antara 0mm-1mm. Mesin ini mampu menggulung kabel sepanjang 2,826 meter/menit dengan kecepatan motor bobbin yang terukur 100rpm dan diameter luar bobbin 9cm dengan keliling kurang lebih 28,26cm.

In the industry world cable is get from cable suppliers factory. However, several factories supply cables that have not neat or twisted so that when wired up in production, the production will be disrupted. With the existence of the problem, it led to the idea for the author to create a semi-automatic rewinding machine cable. The controller uses arduino as a data processor. Motor rotation speed is set by using a pulse width modulator or pwm generated by arduino while the stepper motor rotation is controlled by the sequential output. Both of these motors must be synchronized in order to obtain the precision rolling. The result of the cable reels have a demsity between 0-1mm. This machine is able to roll cables as long as 2,826 meters/minute with a bobbin motor speed that is measured at 100rpm and the outer diameter is 9cm bobbin with a circumference 28.26cm.
