Abstract

Gedung Apartemen Cornell merupakan gedung apartemen yang dimiliki oleh Ciputra Development. Gedung Apartement Cornell ini disebut sebagai pioneer bagi kawasan CBD (Citraland Bussiness District) di daerah Citraland. Gedung ini mulai dibangun pada akhir tahun 2017, dan berdasarkan RKS (Rencana Kerja dan Syarat-Syarat), gedung ini direncanakan dengan menggunakan SNI 03-1726-2002 dan SNI 03-2847-2002. Padahal pada tahun 2012, kita ketahui bahwa SNI 1726 dan SNI 2847 mengalami pembaharuan. Diantara pembaharuan tersebut terdapat perubahan – perubahan, diantaranya adalah pembebanan gempa (respons spektrum) dan kombinasi pembebanan, dimana kombinasi pembebanan 2002 tidak ditambahkan faktor redudansi namun untuk 2012 dan 2017 memiliki faktor redudansi. Dan juga dari hasil analisa bahwa (Sa) percepatan puncak dari respons spektrum Gempa 2002, Gempa 2012, dan Gempa 2017 adalah masing – masing 0.5, 0.6, dan 0.65, dengan demikian hipotesa penulis gaya gempa yang akan terjadi adalah (dengan faktor skala) 1.0, 1.2, dan 1.3 sesuai dengan perbandingan percepatan puncak (Sa) masing – masing gempa. Perihal ini tentu akan mempengaruhi kinerja sistem struktur dan kapasitas elemen struktur. Maka dari itu perlu dilakukan evaluasi, apakah sistem elemen struktur dan kapasitas elemen struktur masih memenuhi standar SNI terbaru yang ada.

The Cornell Apartment Building is an apartment building owned by Ciputra Development. The Cornell Apartment building is referred to as a pioneer for the CBD area (Citraland Business District) in the Citraland area. This building was built at the end of 2017, and based on the RKS (Work Plan and Terms), this building was planned using SNI 03-1726-2002 and SNI 03-2847-2002. Even though in 2012, we know that SNI 1726 and SNI 2847 are undergoing renewal. Among the updates there were changes, including earthquake loading (spectrum response) and loading combinations, where the combination of 2002 was not added to the redundancy factor but for 2012 and 2017 had a redundancy factor. And also from the analysis that (Sa) the peak acceleration of the spectrum response of the 2002 Earthquake, the 2012 Earthquake, and the 2017 Earthquake are 0.5, 0.6, and 0.65 respectively, thus the hypothesis that the earthquake force will occur is (with a scale factor) 1.0, 1.2, and 1.3 according to the ratio of peak acceleration (Sa) of each earthquake. Regarding this certainly will affect the performance of the system structure and capacity of structural elements. Therefore, it is necessary to evaluate whether the system structural elements and capacity of structural elements still meet the latest SNI standards.
