Abstract
Penyusunan tugas akhir terapan ini menggunakan bangunan Gedung Hotel Icon yang terletak di kota Tarakan, Kalimantan Utara dengan luas bangunan 6000 m2. Bangunan gedung ini terdiri dari 6 lantai dengan tinggi 24 m dan juga termasuk gedung dengan struktur beton bertulang. Berdasarakan hasil Standart Penetration Test (SPT) di lokasi tempat mendikrikan gedung ini, didapatkan kondisi tanah sedang (kelas situs SD) dan termasuk dalam Kategori Desain Seismik (KDS) C. Oleh karena itu, maka perencanaan perhitungan gedung ini menggunakan Sistem Rangka Pemikul Momen Menengah (SRPMM).
Perhitungan yang dilakukan pada tugas akhir ini dibagi menjadi dua,yaitu struktur primer dan struktur sekunder. Adapun struktur primer yaitu balok induk dan kolom dan untuk struktur sekundernya meliputi balok anak, pelat dan tangga. Perencanaan pembebanan gempa pada gedung ini menggunakan metode statik ekivalen dengan sumber SNI 1726:2012. Untuk perhitungan pembebanan pada gedung ini menggunakan SNI 1727:2012 dan untuk persyaratan beton struktural pada bangunan gedung ini menggunakan SNI 2847:2013. Dari hasil penyusunan tugas akhir terapan ini diperoleh laporan hasil perhitungan struktur bangunan gedung hotel yang mampu menahan gaya-gaya yang bekerja dan juga gambar teknik serta volume tulangan dan juga volume beton.

The preparation of this final project uses the Icon Hotel Building which is located in Tarakan, North Kalimantan with a building area of 6000 m2. The building consists of 6 floors with a height of 24 m and also includes buildings with reinforced concrete structures. Based on the results of the Standard Penetration Test (SPT) at the location where the building is located, it was found to be a moderate soil condition (SD site class) and included in the Seismic Design Category (KDS) C. Therefore, the planning of calculating this building uses the Medium Moment Resisting Frame System (SRPMM).
The calculations carried out in this final project are divided into two, namely the primary structure and the secondary structure. The primary structure is the main beam and column and for the secondary structure includes the beams, plates and stairs. The earthquake loading plan in this building uses static methods equivalent to the sources of SNI 1726: 2012. For the calculation of loading on this building using SNI 1727: 2012 and for structural concrete requirements in this building using SNI 2847: 2013. From the results of the preparation of the applied final assignment obtained a report on the calculation of the structure of a hotel building that is able to withstand the forces acting as well as technical drawings as well as the volume of reinforcement as well as the volume of concrete.
