Abstract

Panas buang yang dihasilkan oleh PLTG masih sangat tinggi yaitu sekitar 500o C sehingga menjadi potensi energi yang dapat dimanfaatkan untuk membuat superheated steam melalui Heat Recovery Steam Generator (HRSG). Pada HRSG, terdapat tiga macam equipment utama yaitu economizer, evaporator, dan superheater. Digunakan metode analisa berbasis Jaringan Syaraf Tiruan yang mana hanya perlu mengetahui parameter inlet dan outlet equipment HRSG. Melalui pemodelan jaringan syaraf tiruan, nilai Measurement Square Error (MSE) yang dihasilkan bermacam-macam tiap equipment, Preheater memiliki nilai MSE sebesar 9.75x10-4, LP economizer memiliki nilai MSE sebesar 1.10x10-3, LP evaporator memiliki nilai MSE sebesar 2.12x10-4, HP economizer memiliki nilai MSE sebesar 3.91x10-4, HP evaporator memiliki nilai MSE sebesar 4.22x10-4 dan superheater memiliki nilai MSE sebesar 3.45x10-3. Dengan nilai MSE tersebut, JST dapat melakukan prediksi kinerja HRSG dengan sangat baik. Efisiensi kinerja HRSG pada PLTGU mengalami perubahan tiap waktunya dengan nilai tertinggi 85% dan terendah 50%. Hal ini disebabkan adanya perubahan laju energi gas buang yang terjadi setiap saat. ==================================================================================================================================
The waste heat produced by the PLTG is still very high, which is around 500o C, so it becomes an energy potential that can be used to make superheated steam through the Heat Recovery Steam Generator (HRSG). In HRSG, there are three main types of equipment, namely economizer, evaporator, and superheater. An analysis method based on Artificial Neural Networks is used which only needs to know the parameters of the inlet and outlet of the HRSG equipment. Through artificial neural network modeling, the value of the Measurement Square Error (MSE) produced by each equipment, the Preheater has an MSE value of 9.75x10-4, the economizer LP has an MSE value of 1.10x10-3, LP evaporator has an MSE value of 2.12x10 -4, the HP economizer has an MSE value of 3.91x10-4, the HP evaporator has an MSE value of 4.22x10-4 and the superheater has an MSE value of 3.45x10-3. With the MSE value, ANN can predict the HRSG performance very well. The efficiency of HRSG performance in PLTGU has changed every time with the highest value of 85% and the lowest 50%. This is due to a change in the energy rate of the exhaust gas that occurs at any time.
