Abstract
Proyek pembangunan kapal umumnya biaya yang digunakan sangat besar. Untuk itu manajemen penjadwalan proyek menjadi salah satu faktor penting karena manajemen penjadwalan berguna untuk menyelesaikan suatu proyek dengan hasil maksimal dan waktu yang efisien. Metode penjadwalan yang akan digunakan adalah Critical Chain Project Management (CCPM). CCPM adalah sebuah metode yang menekankan pada sumber daya yang diperlukan dalam melakukan kegiatan pada proyek dengan menghilangkan safety time serta memberi buffer di waktu akhir proyek. Pada tugas akhir ini dilakukan penjadwalan dengan metode Critical Chail Project Management (CCPM) pada proyek pembangunan kapal pandu Srikandi 003. Penjadwalan proyek dilakukan dengan bantuan Microsoft Project, kemudian hubungan antar aktivitasnya di-breakdown secara detail. Selanjutnya durasi yang dihasilkan dengan metode CCPM akan di Analisa dengan metode Program Evaluation and Review Technique (PERT) untuk menentukan probabilitas proyek pembangunan kapal Pandu Srikandi 003 dapat selesai tepat waktu. Pada hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa durasi CCPM lebih cepat 14 hari dari waktu yang ditargetkan oleh kontraktor.==============================================
Project planning usually cost a large amount of budget especially on the construction of ship building(s). Thus for that reason a project planning management is an important aspec, because it can accomplish the goal of a certain project with maximum result and efficient time. The project planning is done by using a method called Critical Chain Project Management (CCPM). CCPM is method that is used to remove the safety time and also to insert buffer(s) at the final stage of the project by utilizing the resource(s) that are needed in said project. In this final project, the planning of the construction of “Srikandi 003” pilot boat is done by utilizing Critical Chail Project Management (CCPM) method. The approach is accomplish by the help of using Microsoft Project. Furthermore, the duration that is obtained from the CCPM results will be analize using the PERT method to decide the probability that the project will be finished in time. The results shows that the project duration using the CCPM method is finished 14 days earlier within the time that is targeted by the contractor.
