Abstract

Untuk mengoptimalkan profit suatu industri, dapat dilakukan dengan cara meminimalisir maintenance cost menggunakan metode maintenance dan pemilihan komponen atau teknologi berdasarkan failure rate (λ) dan time interval yang terbaik. Dalam penelitian ini dilakukan optimisasi maintenance cost pada metode reliability centered maintenance (RCM) menggunakan algoritma stokastik di boiler feed pump turbine (BFPT) unit 1 pembangkit listrik tenaga uap (PLTU) Jawa Timur. Analisa reliability, availability, maintainability (RAM) merupakan salah satu metode yang banyak digunakan dan didapatkan hasil reliability sistem boiler feedwater saat t = 800 jam di PLTU Jatim mempunyai nilai 0,526. Untuk equipment booster pump memiliki availability sebesar 99% pada t = 10000 jam dan maintainability sebesar 99% pada t = 1400 jam. Untuk equipment motor booster pump memiliki availability sebesar 99,8% pada t = 14000 jam dan maintainability sebesar 99% pada t = 700 jam. Untuk equipment main pump memiliki availability sebesar 99% pada t = 20000 jam dan maintainability sebesar 99% pada t = 200 jam. Untuk equipment BFPT memiliki availability sebesar 97,5% pada t = 20000 jam dan maintainability sebesar 99% pada t = 4800 jam. Untuk equipment cooler memiliki availability sebesar 99,6% pada t = 20000 jam dan maintainability sebesar 99% pada t = 11 jam. Selain itu optimasi keandalan juga menjadi salah satu opsi rekomendasi yang tepat dalam peningkatan keandalan. Mengidentifikasi sistem menggunakan piping and instrumentation diagram (P&ID) dan mengumpulkan data maintenance selama lima tahun kemudian menganalisa secara kuantitatif dan kualitatif untuk mendapatkan perhitungan maintenance cost. Dengan melakukan optimasi menggunakan algotitma genetic algorithm (GA), berhasil menghemat biaya maintenance sebesar $116959,83 dalam perhitungan selama lima tahun.

For main pump equipment has availability of 99% at t = 20000 hours and maintainability of 99% at t = 200 hours. BFPT equipment has availability of 97.5% at t = 20000 hours and maintainability of 99% at t = 4800 hours. Cooler equipment has availability of 99.6% at t = 20000 hours and maintainability of 99% at t = 11 hours. In addition, reliability optimization is also one of the right recommendations for improving reliability. Identify systems using piping and instrumentation diagrams (P&ID) and collect maintenance data for five years then analyze quantitatively and qualitatively to obtain maintenance cost calculations. By optimizing using the genetic algorithm (GA) algorithm, it managed to save maintenance costs of $ 116,959.83 in calculations over five years.
