Abstract
Penyimpanan dan pengiriman merupakan aktifitas logistik yang menghasilkan biaya logistik serta emisi yang besar. Kesadaran dan kekhawatiran masyarakat terhadap perlindungan lingkungan semakin meningkat menyebabkan perusahaan harus memikirkan strategi yang tepat untuk memenuhi kepuasaan konsumen dengan mempertimbangkan aspek lingkungan. Adanya pengenalan online channel dapat menimbulkan kompetisi dalam suatu rantai pasok salah satunya dalam hal pengelolaan inventory. Saat ini muncul perkembangan bisnis online channel yang memberikan terobosan baru bagi customer untuk datang ke toko fisik dan melihat produk yang ingin dibeli dengan bertransaksi secara online atau kenal sebagai online-to-offline (O2O). Namun saat ini belum ada penelitian yang mempertimbangkan emisi karbon yang dihasilkan pada proses penyimpanan dan transportasi pada struktur DCSC dengan mempertimbangkan online-tooffline. Model matematis yang dikembangkan pada penelitian ini untuk menyeimbangkan trade-off antara biaya logistik dan biaya emisi pada struktur dual-channel supply chain. Online channel akan diuntungkan jika melakukan kerjasama dengan channel lain apabila terdapat pertimbangan emisi. Scenario fully-cooeprative akan menguntungkan bagi seluruh channel jika adanya pertimbangan emisi dalam perhitungan total cost. Channel O2O akan mengalami kerugian jika fully-cooperative diterapkan pada model tanpa mempertimbangkan emisi. ========================================================================================================================Inventory and transportation are part of logistics activities which produce the largest cost and emission. Nowadays, the awareness and concern towards environmental protection is increasing. This phenomenon drive companies to think of the best strategy to fulfill customer satisfaction by considering environmental aspects. Online channel expansion can lead supply chain competition particularly in inventory management. Currently, the new business model called online-to-offline (O2O) is emerging as a combination of offline and online channel. However, there is no study that consider carbon emissions produced in inventory and transportation in dual-channel supply chain by considering O2O. Mathematical model developed in this study is to minimize trade off between logistics cost and emission cost in dual-channel supply chain. Consideration of emission and cooperative scenario will give benefit especially for online channel. Fully-cooperative will be the best scenario if emission is condered and O2O will loss if fully cooperative is applied to the model without considering emissions.
