Abstract
Sebagai alat tranportasi, pembangunan kapal penumpang begitu dibutuhkan, dengan adanya proyek pembangunan kapal, maka waktu untuk proses pembangunan perlu diperhatikan. Pembangunan proyek kerap kali mengalami permasalahan keterlambatan sehingga dalam tugas akhir ini penelitian mengenai analisis risiko terjadinya keterlambatan pada pembangunan kapal penumpang 2000 GT menggunakan metode Fuzzy Fault Tree Analysis, serta menggunakan metode What-if Analysis untuk memberikan rekomendasi preventif untuk mengurangi risiko pada keterlambatan proyek pembangunan kapal penumpang 2000 GT. Hasil dari analisis risiko menggunakan Fuzzy Fault Tree Analysis Penyebab keterlambatan pada proyek pembangunan kapal penumpang 2000 GT ialah disebabkan oleh proses pembangunan kapal terganggu dan subkontraktor bermasalah, dimana proses pembangunan kapal terganggu memiliki probability sebesar 0.1773 lebih besar dari subkontraktor bermasalah yang memiliki probability sebesar 0.084. Pada matriks risiko diketahui bahwa 21 risiko dengan kategori low risk (acceptable risk), 5 risiko dengan kategori medium risk (satisfactory risk). Untuk kategori medium risk diantaranya A111, A12, A131, A411, A431. Risiko yang ada diberikan rekomendasi preventif menggunakan metode What-if Analysis.

As a means of transportation, the construction of passenger ships is necessary The time for development process needs to be considered in ship building project.. Project development often experiences delays so that in this final project research on the risk analysis of the delays in passenger ships construction projects 2000 GT used the Fuzzy Fault Tree Analysis method and the What-if Analysis method to provide preventive recommendations reducing the risk analysis of the delays in passenger ships construction projects 2000 GT. The results of the risk analysis by using Fuzzy Fault Tree Analysis was known that the cause of delay in the passenger ship construction project 2000 GT was due to a disrupted shipbuilding process and problematic subcontractors, where the shipbuilding process was interrupted having a probability of 0.1773 greater than the problematic subcontractor amounting to 0.0084 In the risk matrix it was known that 21 risks with the category of low risk (acceptable risk), 5 risks with the category of medium risk (satisfactory risk). For the medium risk category including A111, A12, A131, A411, A431. Existing risks were given preventive recommendations using the What-if Analysis method.
