Abstract

Penyusunan tugas akhir terapan ini menggunakan bangunan Gedung Perkuliahan Universitas Pembangunan Nasional (UPN) Veteran yang terletak di Kota Surabaya. Namun, bangunan tersebut akan dimodifikasi dalam perencanaannya sesuai dengan standar kompetensi dan batasan pada Program Studi Diploma 3 Teknik Infrastruktur Sipil, Fakultas Vokasi, ITS. Modifikasi bangunan meliputi pengubahan denah lantai bangunan yang semula 3 lantai menjadi 4 lantai. Perencanaan bangunan Gedung Perkuliahan ini menggunakan Sistem Rangka Pemikul Momen Menengah (SRPMM). Struktur bangunan terdiri atas struktur sekunder berupa pelat dan tangga yang dipikul oleh struktur primer, yaitu sloof, balok, dan kolom. Material utama penyusun struktur adalah beton bertulang. Perhitungan struktur bangunan mengacu pada SNI 03-2847-2013 tentang Tata Cara Perhitungan Struktur Beton untuk Bangunan Gedung. Perhitungan pembebanan mengacu pada SNI 1727-2013, sedangkan perhitungan gempa mengacu pada SNI 1726-2012 dan Peta Hazard Gempa Indonesia 2010. Metode perhitungan gempa yang digunakan adalah analisis statik ekuivalen. Dari penyusunan tugas akhir terapan ini diperoleh laporan hasil perhitungan struktur bangunan apartemen yang mampu menahan gaya-gaya yang dipikul bangunan, termasuk gaya gempa, serta gambar teknik detail elemen struktur yang terdiri atas dua portal, yaitu satu portal memanjang dan satu portal melintang. Selain itu, dilakukan perhitungan volume tulangan pada satu portal memanjang dan satu portal melintang untuk mengetahui volume tulangan per m³ beton.

The preparation of this applied final project uses the Lecture Building of Universitas Pembangunan Nasional (UPN) Veteran located in Surabaya. However, the building is modified in its design according to the competency standards and limitations of the Diploma 3 Civil Infrastructure Engineering Study Program, Faculty of Vocational Studies, ITS. The building modification includes changing the original three-story floor plan into a four-story building. The design of the Lecture Building uses a Medium Moment Resisting Frame System (SRPMM). The building structure consists of secondary structures in the form of slabs and stairs supported by primary structures, namely tie beams, beams, and columns. The main structural material is reinforced concrete. The structural calculations refer to SNI 03-2847-2013 concerning Procedures for the Calculation of Concrete Structures for Buildings. Load calculations refer to SNI 1727-2013, while earthquake calculations refer to SNI 1726-2012 and the Indonesian Earthquake Hazard Map 2010. The earthquake analysis method used is equivalent static analysis. This applied final project produces a structural calculation report for the building, demonstrating its ability to withstand the loads acting on the structure, including earthquake loads, as well as detailed engineering drawings of the structural elements consisting of two frames: one longitudinal frame and one transverse frame. In addition, reinforcement volumes are calculated for one longitudinal frame and one transverse frame to determine the reinforcement volume per m³ of concrete.
