Abstract
Tanaman tembakau (Nicotiana tabacum) merupakan komoditas perkebunan yang strategis, yakni merupakan sumber pendapatan negara. Banyak penggunakan pupuk anorganik sebagai media pertumbuhan yang dapat mempengaruhi mutu tanaman tembakau. Untuk mengatasi pertumbuhan dan mutu tanaman tembakau yaitu dengan pupuk organik AMB – P0K dan pemberian inokulasi mikoriza. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh dosis mikoriza arbuskular pada media AMB – P0K terhadap pertumbuhan tanaman dan pengaruh dosis mikoriza arbuskular pada media AMB – 0K terhadap Vitamin C tanaman tembakau (Nicotiana tabacum). Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu penanaman bibit tembakau, pengukuran tinggi, jumlah daun, luas daun, berat kering tanaman, infeksi mikoriza, dan pengaruh vitamin C. Berdasarkan penelitian yang telah dilakukan, dapat disimpulkan bahwa Pemberian dosis mikoriza pada media AMB –P0K Tidak berbeda nyata terhadap pertumbuhan tanaman Nicotiana tabacum var Somporis. Dimana hasil tertinggi pertumbuhan tinggi tanaman ( M4 = 29 cm), jumlah daun (M4 = 6 helai), luas daun (M5 = 7 cm), berat kering ( M4 = 0.31 gram) dan infeksi mikoriza ( M4 dan M5 = 50%). Uji kandungan vitamin C Nicotiana tabacum var Somporis, dengan pemberian dosis mikoriza pada media AMB-POK tidak menunjukkan adanya kandungan vitamin C.

Tobacco (Nicotiana tabacum) is an important plantation commodity and a significant source of national revenue. Although inorganic fertilizers are widely used as growth media, their excessive application can adversely affect the growth and quality of tobacco plants. An alternative approach is the use of AMB-P0K organic fertilizer combined with arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi (AMF) inoculation. This study aimed to evaluate the effects of different doses of arbuscular mycorrhiza applied to AMB-P0K medium on the growth and vitamin C content of Nicotiana tabacum var. Somporis. Tobacco seeds were cultivated under different mycorrhizal treatments, and plant height, number of leaves, leaf area, dry weight, mycorrhizal infection, and vitamin C content were measured. The results showed that different doses of arbuscular mycorrhiza in the AMB-P0K medium significantly affected the growth of N. tabacum var. Somporis. The highest plant height (29 cm), number of leaves (6 leaves), and dry weight (0.31 g) were obtained in treatment M4, while the largest leaf area (7 cm²) was observed in treatment M5. The highest mycorrhizal infection rate (50%) occurred in treatments M4 and M5. However, analysis of vitamin C content indicated that the application of arbuscular mycorrhiza in the AMB-P0K medium did not result in detectable vitamin C in N. tabacum var. Somporis.
