Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas tentang life cycle cost analysis (analisis umur siklus hidup) turbin selama masa operasional pembangkit di PT Pembangkitan Jawa Bali (PJB) UP Gresik. Perhitungan biaya siklus hidup yang mencakup biaya akuisisi (investasi), biaya operasi, dan biaya pemeliharaan pada kasus ini tidak cukup hanya untuk satu siklus saja. Biaya siklus hidup turbin perlu dihitung untuk beberapa siklus sampai mencapai umur pembangkit, termasuk biaya penggantian turbin. Biaya siklus hidup suatu asset dapat dihitung dengan tepat apabila rencana pemeliharaan asset sudah optimal. PJB sudah menerapkan konsep Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) dan menggunakan software Reliasoft untuk mengestimasi biaya pemeliharaan dan nilai ketidakpastian. Oleh sebab itu, PJB memungkinkan untuk melakukan analisis biaya siklus hidup turbin selama umur pembangkit. Metode Replacement Analysis juga digunakan dalam melakukan analisis biaya siklus hidup. Hasil analisis biaya siklus hidup turbin ini merekomendasikan umur ekonomis pemakaian turbin dan kapan penggantian turbin harus dilakukan sehingga dapat meminimumkan total biaya.

This research discusses the life cycle cost analysis of the turbine engine during the operational time period of the power plant in PT PJB UP Gresik. The calculation consists of acquisition cost (investment), operation cost, and maintenance cost, which in this case it needs more than one cycle. Life cycle cost of the turbine should be determined for several cycles until it reach the lifetime of the plant, including turbine’s replacement cost. Life cycle cost of an asset can be quantified accurately when the asset maintenance plan is optimum. PJB is implementing the reliability-centered method (RCM) method and using the Reliasoft software to estimate the maintenance cost and the uncertainty value. Thus, PJB is able to do the life cycle cost analysis of the turbine for the whole power plant lifetime The replacement analysis method is also used to support the life cycle cost analysis. This study propose the recommendation of economic life for using turbine and the appropriate time to replace turbine in order to minimize the total cost.
