Abstract
Penggunaan kaca pada fasade bangunan perkantoran memberikan kenyamanan dan efek psikologis para penghuninya. Kaca sebagai penghubung langsung antara lingkungan luar dan dalam bangunan merupakan faktor kunci dalam menentukan kinerja energi dalam bangunan terutama pada kebutuhan energi pendinginan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan nilai efisiensi energi fasade kaca dan kebutuhan energi pendinginan yang dipengaruhi oleh fasade, serta menghitung nilai biaya life cycle yang optimum terhadap nilai efisiensi energi fasade bangunan perkantoran. Penelitian ini menggunakan simulasi bentuk bangunan regular form, orientasi arah bangunan dan prosentase material kaca fasade yang berbeda. OTTV (Overall Thermal Tranfer Value) digunakan untuk menghitung nilai perolehan panas melalui selubung bangunan. Sedangkan CLTD (Cooling Load Temperature Difference) digunakan untuk menghitung kebutuhan energi pendinginan yang dipengaruhi oleh fasade sesuai dengan ketentuan Pemerintah Indonesia. Setelah didapatkan nilai efisiensi energi fasade, dilakukan analisis biaya yang paling efisien dengan metode Life Cycle Cost untuk mengetahui komponen biaya fasade sepanjang siklus bangunan yang didapatkan setiap alternatif selama masa investasi yang diperkirakan 45 tahun. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa jenis kaca yang paling efisien adalah menggunakan jenis kaca Asahimas tipe T-Sunlux dengan sistem double. Dengan menggunkan kaca tersebut konsumsi energi lebih efisien hingga 4.76%. Berdasarkan analisis life cycle cost nilai yang paling efisien pada masing-masing simulasi adalah simulasi prosentase fasade kaca pada seluruh selubung bangunan, didapatkan nilai life cycle cost sebesar Rp. 200.500.197.077 dan simulasi prosentase fasade kaca 65%, didapatkan nilai life cycle cost sebesar Rp. 199.550.166.421. Jenis kaca yang digunakan adalah kaca 6 mm T-Sunlux CS 208 (Green)+12 mm AS+6 mm Planibel G.

The use of glass on the facade of office buildings delivers the comfort and psychological effects of its occupants. Glass as a direct link between the outer and inner environments of buildings is a key factor in determining the energy performance in buildings, especially in cooling energy requirements. This research aims to obtain the value of glass facade energy efficiency and cooling energy requirements that are influenced by facade, and calculate the optimum value of life cycle costs for the energy efficiency value of office buildings. This research uses a simulation of the shape of a regular form building, orientation of the building and percentage of different facade glass material. OTTV (Overall Thermal Transfer Value) is used to calculate the value of heat gain through the building envelope. while CLTD (Cooling Load Temperature Difference) is used to calculate the cooling energy requirements influenced by facades in accordance with the provisions of the Government of Indonesia. After obtaining value of energy efficiency of facades office building, conducted an optimal cost analysis with the Life Cycle Cost method to understanding the components of facade costs throughout the building cycle that each alternative gets during the investment period of 45 years. The results in this study showed that the most efficient type of facade was using the type of Asahimas glass type T-Sunlux with a double system. Using this glass energy consumption is more efficient up to 4.76%. Based on the analysis of the life cycle cost, the most energy efficient in each simulation is a simulation of the percentage of glass facade on all surfaces, obtained life cycle cost of Rp. 200,500,197,077 and simulation of 65% glass facade percentage, obtained a life cycle cost of Rp. 199,550,166,421. The type of glass used is glass 6 mm T-Sunlux CS 208 (Green) + 12 mm AS + 6 mm Planibel G.
