Abstract

Kapal ferry menghubungkan Pulau Madura dan Kota Surabaya melalui Pelabuhan Penyeberangan Selat Madura. Sebelum terdapat Jembatan Suramadu, kapal ferry adalah satu-satunya akses keluar masuk Pulau Madura dari Kota Surabaya. Saat Jembatan Suramadu beroperasi, masyarakat beralih menggunakan Jembatan Suramadu dibandingkan kapal ferry sehingga jumlah penumpang kapal menurun. Hal ini membuat PT. ASDP Indonesia Ferry, sebagai pengelola pelabuhan, mengalami penurunan pemasukan yang berimbas pada kerugian. Dengan digratiskannya akses Jembatan Suramadu, jumlah penumpang kapal dikhawatirkan akan terus berkurang. Maka dari itu PT. ASDP Indonesia Ferry memerlukan upaya dalam meminimalkan kerugiannya, antaranya dengan penjadwalan ulang trip kapal. Adapun jumlah trip kapal dapat dipengaruhi oleh jumlah penumpang. Sehingga penelitian ini bertujuan peramalan jumlah penumpang kapal meliputi pejalan kaki, pengendara roda-2, dan pengendara roda-4 atau lebih. Peramalan dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode ARIMA Box-Jenkins. Adapun hasilnya menunjukkan untuk meramalkan jumlah pejalan kaki diperoleh model ARIMA ([1,12,13],1,0) dengan hasil ramalan mengalami penurunan, sedangkan untuk meramalkan jumlah pengendara roda-2 diperoleh model ARIMA (0,1,[1,11,12]) dan untuk meramalkan jumlah pengendara roda-4 diperoleh model ARIMA (0,1,1) dimana kedua model menunjukkan hasil ramalan tidak mengalami penerunan maupun peningkatan.

Ships connecting Madura Island and the city of Surabaya by Ujung-Kamal Port. Before the Suramadu Bridge starts operating, ships become the only access to get in to or to get out of the Madura Island from the city of Surabaya. When the Suramadu Bridge operating, people prefer to use Suramadu Bridge rather than using the ships so that the number of ships passenger decreases. This thing makes PT. ASDP Indonesia Ferry, as the port manager, has decreased revenue that leads into loss. Along with free acess to pass Suramadu Bridge, it is feared that the number of the ships passenger will continue to decrease. Therefore, PT. ASDP Indonesia Ferry requires effort to prevent greater loss. One of the efforts is to reschedule the ship trips. The ship trips can be affected by the number of passangers. Therefore, this research aims to forecast the amount of the ships passanger includes pedestrian, motorbike rider, and car rider.-. The foercasting is done by the ARIMA Box-Jenkins method. The result shows that to forecast the amount of padestrian passanger, the ARIMA ([1,12,13],1,0) model is obtained with the forecast resuls decreasing. While to forecast the amount of motorbike and car riders, ARIMA (0,1,[1,11,12]) and ARIMA (0,1,1) models are obtained with the forecast results show do not decreasing or increasing.
