Abstract

Berdasarkan catatan Komisi Perlindungan Anak Indonesia (KPAI), sejak tahun 2011 hingga 2018, pengaduan terkait kasus Anak Berhadapan Hukum (ABH) selalu menduduki peringkat tertinggi, baik anak sebagai pelaku maupun sebagai korban, dan terus mengalami peningkatan tiap tahunnya. Terkait dengan kasus ABH yang diadukan kepada pihak berwenang, kasus anak sebagai pelaku kekerasan seksual masih menjadi kasus tertinggi, yang diikuti dengan kasus anak sebagai pelaku kekerasan fisik, dan anak sebagai pelaku pembunuhan.
Tindakan kriminal diatas dapat terjadi dikarenakan anak belum memiliki kepribadian dan perilaku yang semestinya. Dalam pembentukan karakter anak yang baik, seorang anak masih membutuhkan berbagai macam kebutuhan seperti bimbingan, perhatian, dan kepedulian dari orang sekitar untuk mampu tumbuh sesuai dengan nilai dan norma sosial yang ada. Sayangnya, di Indonesia sendiri, belum banyak pihak-pihak yang menyadari pentingnya proses tumbuh kembang kepribadian anak. Mulai dari lingkungan pergaulan, sekolah, hingga keluarga terdekat pun seringkali memberikan ajaran yang salah dan negatif. Berdasarkan fenomena diatas, maka diperlukan suatu wadah arsitektural bagi anak-anak pelaku kriminal yang memiliki riwayat gangguan kepribadian dan perilaku serta pada banyak kasus, riwayat pengalaman traumatik. Respon arsitektur yang dihadirkan adalah Rumah Rehabilitasi Sosial dengan pendekatan Environmental Psychology serta penerapan metode theurapeutic design. Dimana rancangan berfokus pada interaksi serta hubungan antara anak-anak yang bermasalah dengan lingkungannya, baik lingkungan fisik maupun lingkungan sosial. Diharapkan objek rancangan ini mampu meningkatkan kesejahteraan dan kualitas diri pada anak pelaku kriminal. Agar selepas dari waktu rehabilitasi, mereka mampu menjalani kehidupan yang lebih baik didunia luar. =================================================================================================================================
Based on the records of the Indonesian Child Protection Commission (KPAI), from 2011 to 2018, complaints related to the case of Children Against the Law (Anak Berhadapan Hukum) always ranked highest, both children as perpetrators and victims, and continued to increase each year. Related to the ABH case which was reported to the authorities, the case of children as perpetrators of sexual violence was still the highest case, followed by cases of children as perpetrators of physical violence, and children as perpetrators of murder. Criminal actions above can occur because children do not have the right personality and behavior. In order to forming good children's character, a child still needs various kinds of needs such as guidance, attention, and care from the surrounding people to be able to grow according to existing social values and norms. Unfortunately, in Indonesia alone, not many parties have realized the importance of the child's growth and development process. Starting from the social environment, school, even the closest family often gives false and negative teachings.
Based on the above phenomenon, it is necessary to have an architectural output for children of criminals who have a history of personality and behavioral disorders and in many cases, a history of traumatic experiences. The response of the architecture presented was the Social Rehabilitation Institution with the Environmental Psychology approach and the application the therapeutic design methods. Where the design focuses on interactions and relationships between children who have problems with their environment, both the physical environment and the social environment. It is expected that this design object can improve the welfare and quality of children in criminal offenders. In order to be released from the time of rehabilitation, they were able to live a better life in the outside world.
