Abstract

Oil treating plant memiliki peran penting dalam mengolah crude oil agar sesuai dengan permintaan konsumen. Namun dalam masa operasinya komponen-komponen unit proses pada oil treating plant memiliki kemungkinan mengalami kegagalan. Selain itu, perusahaan-perusahaan terutama yang bergerak di bidang minyak bumi dan gas berupaya untuk mendapatkan maintenance yang baik dengan biaya maintenance serendah mungkin. Dalam tugas akhir ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis reliability, availability, maintainability, preventive maintenance, menentukan tindakan pencegahan yang sesuai, dan mendapatkan hasil maintenance cost yang optimal pada komponen penyusun oil treating plant. Langkah pertama yaitu menganalisis kuantitatif yang dilakukan dengan perhitungan reliability, availability, maintainability, dan preventive maintenance dari masing-masing komponen pada oil treating plant. Langkah kedua dengan menganalisis kualitatif menggunakan penjabaran FMEA dan dirangkum dalam RCM decision diagram. Langkah ketiga yaitu mengoptimisasi menggunakan algoritma particle swarm optimization dengan fungsi objektif berupa maintenance cost. Reliability pada saat mencapai penurunan 97% didapatkan pada komponen terlama yaitu komponen SDV 105 pada saat 29200 jam dan komponen tercepat yaitu pada komponen LT 108 pada saat 2250 jam. Berdasarkan perhitungan RBD pada oil treating plant memiliki reliability 0,563237 pada saat 4500 jam operasi. Berdasarkan penjabaran FMEA dan RCM pada 14 komponen pada oil treating plant, tindakan pencegahan scheduled on condition task dilakukan pada komponen level transmitter, temperature transmitter, dan shutdown valve. Sedangkan tindakan pencegahan scheduled restoration task dilakukan pada level valve dan temperature valve. Optimisasi maintenance cost pada komponen-komponen oil treating plant dapat menghemat maintenance cost sebesar USD 3.496,47 atau dapat menghemat 9,8% dari 5 tahun perhitungan maintenance cost aktual.

The oil treating plant has an important role in processing crude oil to customize with consumer demand. But in operation period, the process unit components in oil treating plant have possibility to failure. In addition, many companies mainly operated in oil and gas sector strive to get good maintenance with the lowest maintenance costs. The aim of this final project is to analyze reliability, availability, maintainability, preventive maintenance, determine the appropriate precautions, and to obtain optimum maintenance cost results on the components of the oil treating plant. The first step is quantitative analysis which carried out by calculating the reliability, availability, maintainability, and preventive maintenance of each component in the oil treating plant. The second step is qualitative analysis which uses the description of FMEA and is arranged in the RCM decision diagram. The third step is optimization using particle swarm optimization algorithm with objective functions in the form of maintenance costs. Reliability when it reaches a 97% decrease is obtained on the longest component SDV 105 which is 29200 hours, and shortest components is LT 108 which is 2250 hours.
