Abstract
As a maritime country, Indonesia saves the potential of abundant marine resources and even the most unknown potential is unknown. This situation provides opportunities for other nations to exploit and cross our sea freely, what happens is illegal fishing and human traffic. Therefore, the government must protect its territorial territories by increasing sea resilience. The Floating Base that we designed is the result of a conversion from a barge that will assist supervision in maintaining Indonesian maritime, by having specifications LOA 91.44m, LPP 88.67m, B 24.38m H 7m, T 3.9m and capable of being used at sea through 40 days that are equipped with comfort requirements in operation. Have sufficient fresh water & fuel reserves for the duration of operation of guarding the sea boundary, which is also equipped with refueling facilities for boats that are fast patrol boats that are leaning and also avtur refueling for takeoff helicopters on the floating mobile base station as a support for guarding operations on the sea border, thus fast patrol boat does not need to go back to the base port, of course this is very useful and efficient in conducting sea guard operations. As a military fleet, of course must have weapons on the ship, floating mobile base station is equipped with weapons 2 40 mm cannons on the bow and 2 12mm caliber on the back of the top deck, reliability floating mobile base system is planned to sail with a maximum speed of 16 knots to be reliable when conditions are threatened and fight. Stability must also be a reference in designing, in this final project a stability calculation is carried out on the floating mobile base station
