Abstract
Pulau Bawean merupakan sebuah kabupaten di provinsi Jawa Timur, Indonesia. Kabupaten Pulau Bawean selain terdiri wilayah daratan juga terdiri dari berbagai pulau di Laut Jawa. Pasokan BBM bagi Kepulauan Kabupaten Pulau Bawean selama ini sering terjadinya kelangkaan BBM Oleh karena itu dibutuhkan alternatif transportasi pengangkut BBM yang dinilai mempermudah masyrakat dan nelayan dalam menikmati BBM . pada perancangan Floating Fuel Station di lihat dari jumlah kebutuhan 80% BBM masyarakat dan nelayan di pulau bawean tersebut. Hingga bisa membuat kapasitas cargo oil yang sesuai dengan wilayah tersebut. dengan di ketahuinya komponen tersebut maka didapatkannya data utama kapal Lpp = 60 m, Lwl = 63 m, Loa = 65.677 m, B = 12 m, H = 4.8 m, T = 3.3 m, Cb = 0.857, Cp = 0.871, Cm = 0.98.Dan dari segi stabilitas memenuhi dengan menggunakan kriteria General IMO dimana saat kondisi muatan 00%(LWT) dan 100% muatan Floating Fuel Station masing-masing mampu mencapai titik GZ 2.44 m pada 30 ° dan 1.389 m setiap 30°. Pada pembangunan kapal yang menngunakan metode Watson 1998, dengan harga pembangunan sebesar Rp 23,401,732,893. Dalam sebulan floting fuel station beroperasi, menngunaka 3 variasi analisis penjualan optimist 100%, normal 80%, dan penjualan pesimis 30%. Dengan keuntungan yang di peroleh besar. Dan mampu membawa bahan bakar yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan masyarakat di pulau bawean. Dimana bahan bakar yang di bawa tidak merugikan pihak pulau bawean dan juga tidak merugikan pihak dari pemilik Floating Fuel Station, berupa benefit analiys.
