Abstract
RSUD Sidoarjo merupakan salah satu destinasi fasilitas kesehatan bagi masyarakat Sidoarjo dan sekitarnya. Rata-rata pengunjung yang datang ke rumah sakit adalah 200 lebih orang perharinya. Dengan traffic yang begitu padat maka dibutuhkanlah sebuah alat bantu berupa petunjuk arah yang dapat memudahkan pengunjung menemukan lokasi yang diinginkan. Observasi merupakan metode utama dalam penelitian ini. Sedangkan wawancara digunakan sebagai data pelengkap tambahan yang dapat digunakan pada perancangan wayfinding system RSUD Sidoarjo. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendapatkan sumber data yang kemudian diolah menjadi dasar pada perancangan desain wayfinding. Hasil dari perancangan ini adalah sebuah laporan dan portofolio yang berisi tentang detail-detail desain wayfinding yang akan digunakan pada RSUD Sidoarjo. Dengan harapan wayfinding system dapat digunakan untuk mempermudah para pengunjung, staff, dan dokter RSUD Sidoarjo untuk menuju ruangan yang diinginkan. Sehingga mereka mampu mendapat pelayanan yang lebih cepat dan efisien. Serta berguna untuk meningkatkan mutu pelayanan RSUD Sidoarjo.

RSUD Sidoarjo is one of the biggest health facility destinations for the people of Sidoarjo and its surroundings. The average number of visitors who came to the hospital is 200 people every day. With those crowded traffic everyday, a tool is needed in the form of directional help that can make it easier for visitors to find locations which they are desired. Observation is the main method in this study. Whereas interview used as additional supplementary data that can be used in designing wayfinding system for RSUD Sidoarjo. The purpose of this research is to get data source which is then processed becomes the basis for the wayfinding design. The results of this design are a report and portfolio that contains about the details of the wayfinding design that will be used at the Sidoarjo Regional Hospital. with the hope that the wayfinding system can be used to facilitate visitors, staff, and doctors of RSUD Sidoarjo to go to the desired room. So that they able to get faster and more efficient service. And useful for improving service quality of the Sidoarjo Regional Hospital.
