Abstract
Pengelolaan lahan sisa pertambangan kapur di Tuban melalui revegetasi telah dilakukan pada tiga lahan reklamasi yang berbeda, yaitu menggunakan tanah reject product (diberi kode lahan A), top soil (lahan B) dan spoiled soil (lahan C). Perbedaan lahan menyebabkan perbedaan fraksi komposisi tanah yang diduga dapat mempengaruhi keberagaman spora mikoriza. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh lahan reklamasi dan musim (kemarau=k; hujan=h) terhadap kepadatan spora (spora/100 gr tanah) yang merupakan salah satu indikator keberhasilan revegetasi. Sampel komposit tanah diambil dari masing-masing lahan A, B dan C, kemudian dianalisis komposisinya menggunakan metode Pipet. Mikoriza dalam sampel tanah diisolasi dengan metode wetsieving and decanting. Data dianalisis statistik menggunakan ANOVA two ways dan uji Tukey. Hasil analisis mikoriza ditemukan 3 jenis genus : Glomus, Acaulospora, dan Gigaspora. Komposisi lahan A tergolong lempung, sedangkan lahan B dan C termasuk liat berdebu. Terdapat pengaruh signifikan antara komposisi lahan dan musim terhadap jumlah jsm. Urutan jsm yang tertinggi ke rendah yaitu lahan Ak (1384) > Bk (692) > Ck (368) > Ah (153) > Ch (67) > Bh (20).

The management of the remaining limestone mining land in Tuban through revegetation has been carried out on three different reclamation fields, namely using reject product land (land code A), top soil (land B) and spoiled soil (land C). The difference of fields cause differences in soil composition fractions that are thought to affect the diversity of mycorrhizal spores. This study aims to determine the effect of reclamation and season (dry season = k; rain = h) on the densities of mycorrhiza (spores/100 gr soil) spores which is one indicator of successful revegetation. Soil composite samples were taken from each land A, B and C, then analyzed the composition using the Pipette method. Mycorrhizae in soil samples were isolated by the wetsieving and decanting method. Data were analyzed statistically using two-way ANOVA and Tukey test. The results of mycorrhizal analysis were found in 3 genus types: Glomus, Acaulospora, and Gigaspora. The composition of land A is loam, while land B and C is silty clay. There is a significant influence between land and season composition on the number of jsm. The highest to lowest order of jsm is Ak (1384) > Bk (692) > Ck (368) > Ah (153) > Ch (67) > Bh (20).
