Abstract

Coworking space dipandang sebagai tempat strategis dalam memulai sebuah bisnis startup, hal ini dikarenakan tempat tersebut memiliki fleksibilitas dalam hal ekonomi dan efisien dalam memenuhi kebutuhan. Dari banyaknya pengguna coworking space maka terdapat potensi yang sebenarnya bisa dikembangkan sebagai ruang kerja komunal, yaitu coworking space memiliki pengguna dengan beragam latar belakang dengan keahlian masing-masing. secara fisik, co-working merupakan sarana yang menyediakan beragam wawasan dan juga menyatukan kualitas hubungan sosial dengan kegiatan bekerja. Dari pengertian tersebut maka kolaborasi menjadi potensi yang sangat penting dalam mewadahi interaksi social. Kolaborasi merupakan elemen penting dalam interaksi social dan juga dalam proses perkembangan startup Pada perancangan kali ini, mencoba untuk membuat sebuah bangunan coworking space dengan konsep collaborative space, dengan meningkatkan intensitas interkasi yang terjadi antar individu yang ada pada sebuah coworking yang dibentuk dengan cara membuat setting lingkungan dengan pendekatan Teori of Affordance dan dengan mencari hubungan setting lingkungan fisik terhadap perilaku manusia. Dari perancangan ini diharapkan coworking space, dengan pengguna yang berasal dari berbagai background, dapat melakukan kolaborasi untuk sebuah karya inovatif

Coworking space is seen as a strategic place in starting a startup business, because this facilities is very flexible in price and efficient to get needs, so a lot of startup newby use this place as a office. From the lot of coworking space users, there is potential that can actually be developed as a communal work space, coworking space has users with the different backgrounds with their respective expertise. Physically, co-working is a place that provides a variety of knowledge and also combine the quality of social relations with work activities. Collaboration is the important thing in social interaction, and in process of startup development also need it. In this design, designer trying to create a coworking space building, with the concept of collaborative space, by increasing the intensity of interactions that occur between the people that exist in a coworking by creating environmental settings with the Theory of Affordance approach and by finding a relationship between physical environmental settings human behavior. The goals of this design is coworking space, with users from various backgrounds, can collaborate on an innovative work.
