Abstract

Gedung Hotel Pesona merupakan salah satu bangunan gedung yang berlokasi di Kota Makassar. Berdasarkan hasil Standard Penetration Test (SPT) yang dilakukan, didapatkan analisis jenis tanah berupa tanah sedang. Gedung ini terdiri dari 13 lantai yang difungsikan untuk ruang pertemuan sebanyak 1 lantai, penginapan 11 lantai, dan 1 lantai untuk rooftop. Berdasarkan fungsinya, bangunan harus dirancang dengan baik dan aman. Gedung ini dirancang dengan menggunakan metode prestressed flat slab yang dapat memaksimalkan fungsi ruang karena struktur tidak akan memiliki balok yang menghabiskan volume ruangan serta pelat yang tebal. Perancangan juga menggunakan shear wall untuk perkuatan terhadap risiko gempa yang mungkin terjadi. Desain struktur gedung ini meliputi perhitungan struktur atas dan struktur bawah. Material dalam perencanaan struktur menggunakan mutu bahan: f'c kolom = 30 MPa, f'c balok dan pelat = 40 MPa, f'c balok = 30 MPa, f'c poer = 30 MPa, fy tulangan lentur = 400 dan 420 MPa, serta fy tulangan geser = 280 MPa. Dari hasil analisis didapatkan dimensi pelat setebal 250 mm dengan tendon 8 strand serta menggunakan drop panel berdimensi 1000mm x 1500mm setebal 100 mm. Perhitungan yang dilakukan dalam tugas akhir ini mengacu pada peraturan yang ditetapkan dalam SNI 2847-2013 tentang persyaratan beton struktural untuk bangunan gedung, SNI 1726-2012 tentang tata cara perencanaan ketahanan gempa, dan SNI 1727-2013 tentang beban minimum untuk perencanaan bangunan gedung dan struktur lain.

Hotel Pesona Building is a building located in Makassar. Based on the results of the Standard Penetration Test (SPT) carried out, the soil type was analyzed as medium soil. This building consists of 13 floors, functioned as 1 floor for a meeting room, 11 floors for accommodation, and 1 floor for the rooftop. Based on its function, the building must be well designed and safe. This building is designed using the prestressed flat slab method, which maximizes the use of space since the structure has no beams that would otherwise take up room volume, along with a thick slab. The design also uses a shear wall to strengthen the building against potential earthquake risk. The structural design of this building includes the calculation of both the upper structure and the lower structure. The materials used in the structural planning have the following quality: f'c column = 30 MPa, f'c beam and slab = 40 MPa, f'c beam = 30 MPa, f'c pile cap = 30 MPa, flexural reinforcement fy = 400 and 420 MPa, and shear reinforcement fy = 280 MPa. From the analysis results, the slab dimension obtained is 250 mm thick with 8-strand tendons, using a drop panel with dimensions of 1000 mm x 1500 mm and a thickness of 100 mm. The calculations carried out in this final project refer to the regulations stipulated in SNI 2847-2013 concerning structural concrete requirements for buildings, SNI 1726-2012 concerning earthquake resistance planning procedures, and SNI 1727-2013 concerning minimum loads for the design of buildings and other structures.
