Abstract
Pada PT. Aneka Gas Industri, Tbk, setiap truk tangki liquid harus melalui area penimbangan terlebih dahulu sebagai arsip untuk mencatat waktu, nomor kendaraan, jenis cairan, nama operator timbangan, nama supir kendaraan, beban truk sebelum diisi cairan dan setelah diisi cairan. Arsip ini diinput secara manual dan dicetak oleh operator timbangan. Operator timbangan juga bertugas untuk mengisi cairan pada truk tangki liquid yang bekerja menurut sistem shift. Sedangkan jam kerja supir kendaraan tidak menentu, tergantung pada jadwal pengiriman. Akibat dari beberapa permasalahan diatas, maka dibuat rancangan alat agar sistem pada area penimbangan menjadi tercetak dan tersimpan dalam database secara otomatis. Nomor kendaraan dan jenis cairan pada truk akan di identifikasi menggunakan RFID, sedangkan identitas supir kendaraan menggunakan fingerprint scanner. Data yang didapat akan dikelola oleh Arduino Mega 2560 dan ditampilkan pada website. Setelah dilakukan 10 kali pengujian, hasilnya menunjukan bahwa pada loadcell terdapat error pada beban 3 Kg sebesar 33,3%. Pada RFID terdapat error sebesar 0% saat keychain berjarak 0 Cm dan 1 Cm dari reader. Sedangkan, error sebesar 100% saat keychain berjarak 2 Cm dari reader. Pada fingerprint scanner, saat jari dalam keadaan kering, terdapat error sebesar 20%. Sedangkan, saat jari dalam keadaan basah (berminyak) terdapat error sebesar 50%. Seluruh hasil data ditampilkan pada LCD 20x4 dan website, dan tercetak pada thermal printer.

At PT. Aneka Gas Industri, Tbk, each liquid tank truck must go through the weighing area as an archive to record time, vehicle number, type of liquid, name of weighing operator, driver’s name, load truck before taking liquids and after taking liquids. This archive is inputted manually and printed by the weighing operator. Weighing operator also need to fill liquids on liquid tank trucks that work on a shift system. While the driver's working hours are uncertain, depending on the delivery schedule. Because of the problems above, a system design is made so that the weighing area is printed and stored in the database automatically. The vehicle number and type of liquid on the truck will be identify using RFID, while the driver's name will be identity using fingerprint scanner. The data obtained will be managed by Arduino Mega 2560 and displayed on the website. After 10 times of testing, the results showed that at loadcell there was an error at 3 Kg load of 3.33%. In RFID there is an error of 0% when the keychain is 0 Cm and 1 Cm from the reader. Meanwhile, an error of 100% when the keychain is 2 Cm from the reader. In fingerprint scanner, when the finger is dry, there is an error of 20%. Meanwhile, when the fingers are wet (oily) there is an error of 50%. All results of the data are displayed on a 20x4 LCD and website, and printed on a thermal printer.
