Abstract

Gedung Office Tower Ciputra World Surabaya telah didesain sesuai dengan SNI 1726-2002 dan SNI 2847-2002. Gedung ini mulai dibangun pada akhir tahun 2017. Seiring berjalannya waktu, telah diterbitkan peraturan baru seperti SNI 1726-2012 (nilai gempa berdasarkan Puskim 2011) dan RSNI 1726-201X (nilai gempa berdasarkan Peta Gempa 2017). Oleh karena itu, gedung ini perlu dievaluasi berdasarkan peraturan terbaru. Evaluasi ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah elemen-elemen struktur gedung perkantoran yang dirancang berdasarkan gaya dalam menurut SNI 1726-2002 masih mampu menahan perubahan gaya dalam akibat beban gempa yang ditentukan pada SNI 1726-2012 dan RSNI 1726-201X. Di antara pembaruan tersebut terdapat perubahan pada pembebanan gempa (respons spektrum) dan kombinasi pembebanan. Hasil studi menunjukkan bahwa respons spektrum di lokasi gedung berdasarkan SNI 1726-2012 dan RSNI 1726-201X lebih besar dibandingkan SNI 1726-2002. Selain itu, kombinasi pembebanan juga mengalami penambahan beberapa faktor gempa, seperti faktor redundansi, sehingga beban yang diperoleh berdasarkan SNI 1726-2012 dan RSNI 1726-201X lebih besar daripada beban berdasarkan SNI 1726-2002. Perubahan tersebut memengaruhi kinerja sistem struktur dan kapasitas elemen struktur. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan bahwa elemen-elemen struktur yang direncanakan berdasarkan peraturan SNI tahun 2002 dievaluasi menggunakan gaya dalam yang ditentukan pada SNI 1726-2012 dan RSNI 1726-201X. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa terdapat beberapa elemen struktur yang kapasitasnya tidak lagi mampu menahan gaya akibat ketentuan gempa tahun 2012 dan 2017. Hasil evaluasi ini dapat dijadikan sebagai referensi bagi pemilik maupun manajemen proyek.

The Ciputra World Surabaya Office Tower was designed in accordance with SNI 1726-2002 and SNI 2847-2002. Construction of the building began at the end of 2017. Since then, new regulations have been issued, including SNI 1726-2012 (earthquake parameters based on Puskim 2011) and RSNI 1726-201X (earthquake parameters based on the 2017 Indonesian Earthquake Hazard Map). Therefore, the building needs to be evaluated according to these updated regulations. The purpose of this evaluation is to determine whether the structural elements originally designed based on the internal forces specified in SNI 1726-2002 are still capable of resisting the revised internal forces resulting from earthquake loads defined in SNI 1726-2012 and RSNI 1726-201X. The updated regulations include significant changes in earthquake loading (response spectrum) and load combinations. The study results indicate that the response spectrum at the building site according to SNI 1726-2012 and RSNI 1726-201X is greater than that specified in SNI 1726-2002. In addition, the load combinations include additional earthquake-related factors, such as the redundancy factor, resulting in larger design loads under SNI 1726-2012 and RSNI 1726-201X compared to SNI 1726-2002. These changes affect the structural system performance and the capacity of structural elements. The evaluation results show that several structural elements originally designed based on the 2002 SNI regulations are no longer capable of resisting the internal forces required by the 2012 and 2017 earthquake provisions. The results of this evaluation can serve as a reference for building owners and project management.
