Abstract
Embung atau cekungan penampung adalah cekungan yang digunakan untuk mengatur dan menampung suplai aliran air hujan serta untuk mencegah banjir saat musim hujan dan mencegah kekeringan saat musim kemarau. Pada tugas akhir ini akan dibahas metode pelaksanaan dan estimasi biaya Embung Nglurup, Kecamatan Sendang, Kabupaten Tulungagung, Jawa Timur. Metode analisa data yang digunakan adalah deskripsi proyek yang terdiri dari teknik pengumpulan data, sumber data, analisa data (analisa alat berat, produktivitas alat berat, biaya alat berat, biaya tenaga kerja, durasi pekerjaan, dan analisa material), teknik pelaksanaan, serta rancangan tugas akhir. Setelah semua data yang diperlukan terkumpul, kemudian dilakukan perhitungan total tenaga kerja yang dibutuhkan dengan menggunakan acuan HSPK wilayah Tulungagung. Selanjutnya direncanakan time schedule yang dilampirkan berupa Kurva S, Network Planning, dan Network Diagram agar pekerjaan dapat dipahami dengan lebih jelas dan optimal.

Reservoirs or basins are structures used to regulate and accommodate rainwater supply, prevent flooding during the rainy season, and prevent drought during the dry season. This final project discusses the implementation method and cost estimation of the Nglurup Reservoir, Sendang District, Tulungagung Regency, East Java. The data analysis method used is a project description consisting of data collection techniques, data sources, data analysis (heavy equipment analysis, heavy equipment productivity, heavy equipment costs, labor costs, work duration, and material analysis), implementation techniques, and final project design. After all required data has been collected, the total required labor is calculated using the HSPK reference for the Tulungagung region. Furthermore, a time schedule is planned, consisting of an S Curve, Network Planning, and Network Diagram, to provide a clearer and more optimal understanding of the project implementation.
