Abstract
Keterbatasan lahan pertanian pada perkotaan padat penduduk adalah alasan berkembangnya perkebunan hidroponik. Sistem hidroponik secara otomatis yang dapat dikendalikan dari jarak jauh merupakan keinginan pemilik salah satu kebun hidroponik di Surabaya, yang merupakan tempat magang saya. Menstabilkan pH air kebun hidroponik dengan cairan buffer solution merupakan salah satu penunjang keberhasilan penanaman sistem hidroponik. Banyaknya cairan buffer solution yang diberikan juga harus memperhatikan volume air pada saat itu.
Pengendalian kadar pH air dilakukan ketika pemilik kebun memberikan nilai setpoint sesuai dengan yang diinginkan. Setelah mendapatkan nilai setpoint sensor pH dan sensor wirewound akan melakukan pembacaan nilai pH dan volume air pada saat itu. Kemudian mikrokontroler STM32 F446RE NUCLEO menentukan kebutuhan cairan buffer yang dibutuhkan agar dapat mencapai nilai setpoint. Sehingga mikrokontroler STM32 F446RE NUCLEO memerintahkan aktuator agar melakukan penambahan cairan buffer ke dalam bak penampung air. Pada tahap akhir kadar pH air terbaru akan dibaca oleh mikrokontroler dan ditampilkan pada LCD 20×4.
Hasil dari alat pengendalian pH pada Kebun Hidroponik Nutrient Film Technique (NFT) telah memiliki tingkat keberhasilan lebih dari 80% dan dapat merubah nilai pH air yang digunakan menjadi bernilai 5,5-6,5 sesuai dengan kondisi ideal pH untuk semua jenis tanaman. Penentuan volume cairan buffer solution juga tidak lepas dari banyaknya volume air yang akan dikendalikan.

The limitation of agricultural land in dense residential areas is the reason for the development of hydroponic plantations. The automatic hydroponic system that can be moved remotely is the owner of the hydroponic Surabaya, which is my place of internship. Stabilizing the pH of hydroponic garden air with a buffer solution is one of the supporting factors for the hydroponic system. The amount of liquid buffer solution given must also pay attention to the air volume at that time.
Water pH level control is carried out by compiling the garden owner to provide the setpoint value that is desired. After getting the pH sensor setpoint value and the wirewound sensor, it will read the pH value and air volume at that time. Then the STM32 F446RE NUCLEO microcontroller determines the buffer fluid requirements needed to reach the setpoint value. Can use the STM32 F446RE NUCLEO microcontroller to activate the actuator so that it can drain the buffer liquid into the air reservoir. At the latest final pH the water will be read by the microcontroller and read on a 20 × 4 LCD.
The results of the pH controller at the Hydroponic Nutrient Film Technique (NFT) have had a success rate of more than 80% and can change the air pH value used to a value of 5.5-6.5 according to the ideal pH conditions for all types of plants. Determination of the volume of buffer solution is also inseparable from the volume of air to be controlled.
