Abstract

Monitoring merupakan pemantauan yang dapat dijelaskan sebagai kesadaran, tentang apa yang ingin diketahui, pemantauan berkadar tingkat tinggi dilakukan agar dapat membuat pengukuran melalui waktu yang menunjukkan pergerakan ke arah tujuan atau menjauh dari itu. Monitoring dan mengontrol mesin menjadi permasalahan disuatu perusahaan. Salah satunya yaitu di PT. Yamaha Electronics Manufacturing Indonesia. PT. Yamaha Electronics Manufacturing Indonesia melakukan monitoring dan mengontrol secara manual dengan cara mengecek langsung ke lokasi mesin. Dari masalah tersebut penulis membuat alat monitoring dan kontrol dilakukan dengan menggunakan aplikasi android. Alat monitoring dan kontrol dust collector berbasis adroid merupakan sistem monitoring mesin dust collector yang bertujuan untuk memonitoring tangki mesin dust collector dan mengontrol motor dengan menggunakan android. Dari pengujian alat ini didapatkan rata-rata massa tangki setiap 1 menit yaitu 69,4 gram. Untuk tingkat error pada sensor load cell dengan rata-rata 2% dan untuk memasuki aplikasi apabila salah memasukkan username dan password tidak bisa masuk kedalam aplikasi.

Monitoring known as awareness, about what we want to know, monitoring with high level should be done for measuring through period of time which show as movement toward destination or move away from it. Monitoring and controlling machine are the main problem in the company. One of them is Yamaha Electronic Manufacturing Indonesia Company. Yamaha Electronic Manufacturing Indonesia company do the monitoring and controlling manually by checking directly through the machine. From that problem, the writer makes an equipment of monitoring and controlling which is android based. The equipment of monitoring and controlling dust collector machine based on android application is the system of monitoring tank engine dan controlling engine using android based. From the tool assesment, the average of tank mass every 1 minute is 69,4 gram. For the average of error level in the sensor load cell is 2% and the application must be sigh in using username dan password.
