Abstract
Saat ini banyak kapal niaga yang kurang memiliki cadangan energi saat terjadi keadaan Dead Ship. Untuk cadangan energi Black Out dan Dead Ship hanya menggunakan cadangan energi Accu 24V untuk DC operasional sistem. Oleh karena itu dibutuhkan cadangan energi selain dari generator yang digunakan untuk mensupply beban guna menangani saat-saat terjadinya Black Out dan Dead Ship. Dalam prototype ini generator digantikan oleh power supply switching yang bersumber dari PLN dan menggunakan panel surya sebagai keadaan dead ship. Pada prototype ini management beban yang digunakan adalah berupa 20 led strip dimana 20 led ini akan menyala saat kondisi normal yang disupply oleh power supply. Menejemen beban selanjutnya pada keadaan Black out beban led berkurang menjadi 10 led disupply oleh accu dan 5 led disupplay oleh battery pada keadaan dead ship yang dikontrol dengan relay. Menejemen beban menggunakan sensor tegangan dan arus,sensor tegangan digunakan untuk mengukur tegangan power supply,accu,battery dan beban sedangkan sensor arus digunakan untuk mengukur arus pada accu dan beban. Prototype ini memungkinkan terjadi kesalahan karena relay yang digunakan gagal mengeksekusi perintah pembacaan sensor,sehingga ketika terjadi Black Out maupun Dead Ship accu dan battery tidak dapat mensupply tegangan ke beban. Persentase terjadinya kesalahan yang didapatkan dari pembacaan tegangan dan arus yaitu sebesar 0,1 % sampai 5 % .

At present there are many commercial vessels that lack energy reserves when a ship dies. For Black Out and Dead Ship energy reserves only use 24V Accu energy reserves for DC operational systems. There-fore energy reserves are needed aside from the generators used to supply usage costs during Black Out and Dead Ships. In this generator prototype was replaced by switching power sup-ply sourced from PLN and used solar panels as the condition of the dead ship. In this prototype, the management load used consists of 20 led strips while the 20 LEDs will be activated when normal conditions are supplied by the power supply. Subsequent load management in the condition of the Black out led load is reduced to 10 leds supplied by batteries and 5 LEDs are supplied by the battery in a dead ship state controlled by the relay. Load management uses a voltage and current sensor, a voltage sensor is used to measure the voltage of the power supply, batteries, batteries and loads while the current sensor is used to measure the current in batteries and loads. This prototype allows it to occur because the relay used fails to execute the sensor reading command, so the compilation occurs Black Exit or Dead Ship battery and the battery cannot supply voltage to the load. The percentage of error obtained from voltage and current readings is 0.1% to 5%.
