Abstract

AbstrakLayanan SI/TI di bidang kesehatan telah menjadi suatu kebutuhan dengan adanya konsep E-Health dalam layanan dan sistem kesehatan. Proses pelayanan darah sebagai salah satu layanan kesehatan yang dinaungi oleh Unit Donor Darah Pelang Merah Indonesia belum menerapkan dukungan teknologi informasi dilihat dari permasalahan integrasi data dan kecepatan layanan yang belum memenuhi standar layanan dan sistem kesehatan, sehingga dibutuhkan desain layanan SI/TI dalam menerapkan teknologi informasi guna mendukung proses bisnis pelayanan darah di Unit Donor Darah Palang Merah Indonesia. Desain layanan SI/TI dilakukan berdasarkan hasil analisis kondisi kekinian dan kebutuhan layanan SI/TI terhadap proses bisnis pelayanan darah. Proses desain yang dilakukan mengacu pada ITIL v3 yakni tahapan Service Design yang fokus pada proses Service Catalogue Management, Service Level Management, Capacity Management, Availability Management, IT Service Continuity, Information Security, dan Supplier Management untuk sebuah layanan SI/TI berbentuk aplikasi berbasis web Blood Bank Information System. Hasil desain layanan SI/TI berupa dokumen Service Design Package untuk Blood Bank Information System sebagai layanan sistem informasi yang memberikan layanan integrasi data dan kecepatan akses pelayanan darah secara efisien dan memenuhi ekspektasi masyarakat. ======================================================================================================= IT/IS Service in health sector have become a neccessity associated with the concept of e-Health. E-Health has been known as the supporting of IT in health system and service. Blood drive process is a service of Indonesian Redcross in blood drive unit. The problems include may in data integration and accessity which are not appropriate with health system and service standard because lack of information technology support. So, required to design an IT/IS service to support Blood drive process. IT/IS service designed based on service needs analysis in blood drive unit. The resulting design refer to ITIL v3 in Service Design phase which focusing in process Service Catalogue Management, Service Level Management, Capacity Management, Availability Management, IT Service Continuity, Information Security, dan Supplier Management for Blood Bank Information System services. Service Design process above producing Service Design Package Document for Blood Bank Information System as an IT/IS service which support and enhance the blood drive service to increase efficiency of the blood drive process in health system and service sector for society.
