Abstract

Biaya adalah salah satu komponen penting yang tidak dapat dipisahkan dalam operasi bongkar muat. Selama siklus hidup, mulai dari tahap perencanaan hingga operasional, semuanya terkait erat dengan komponen biaya. Jika tidak direncanakan dengan baik, dapat menghasilkan biaya tinggi pada pengoperasian bongkar muat. Objek penelitian ini adalah Harbour Mobile Crane (HMC) yang beroperasi di Terminal Berlian, Tanjung Perak, Surabaya. Dimensi dari terminal memiliki panjang dok 1.620 m2, area Container 58.110 m2, dan Container Yard kapasitas 8.316 TEUs. Dalam penelitian ini, penulis akan mengidentifikasi dan mengevaluasi nilai siklus biaya pada HMC dan mengoptimalkan nilai siklus biaya berdasarkan pemakaian energinya. Penulis menggunakan linear programming untuk proses optimasi pemakaian HMC. Setelah komponen biaya semua HMC diakumulasikan, biaya berbanding lurus dengan jumlah produksi yang dihasilkan yang berarti jumlah kenaikan biaya seiring dengan jumlah kenaikan produksi yang dihasilkan atau juga sebaliknya. Untuk mengetahui biaya operasi dan maintenance yang paling efisien, penulis membuat 11 skenario pemakaian energi dari HMC yang beroperasi. Dari hasil ini, penulis memilih skenario 11 sedangkan simulasi 13 HMC menggunakan 95% penggunaan listrik dan 5% konsumsi bahan bakar (HSD) yang menghasilkan biaya minimum Rp. 40.773.211.000dengan konfigurasi 5 HMC yang dioperasikan di dermaga berlian barat dengan masing-masing HMC beroperasi untuk 5.818,3 jam setiap tahun, termasuk 6 HMC yang beroperasi di berlian timur dengan masing-masing HMC yang beroperasi untuk 4.955,3 jam setiap tahun dan Ada 2 HMC yang dioperasikan di dermaga utara dengan masing-masing HMC dioperasikan selama 2668 jam dalam satu tahun.

Cost is one of the important components that cannot be separated in loading and unloading operations. During the life cycle, from the planning to operational stages, everything is closely related to the cost component. If it is not well planned, it can generate high costs in the loading and unloading operation. The object of this research is Harbor Mobile Crane (HMC) which operates in Berlian Terminal, Tanjung Perak, Surabaya. The dimensions of the terminal have a dock length of 1,620 m2, a Container area of 58,110 m2, and a Container Yard capacity of 8,316 TEUs. The purpose of this research is to identify and evaluate the value of the cost cycle on the HMC and optimize the value of the cost cycle based on its energy usage. The author uses linear programming to optimize the use of HMC. After the costs of all HMCs are accumulated, the costs are directly proportional to the amount of production produced, which means the amount of cost increases along with the amount of production increase produced. To find out the most efficient operating and maintenance costs, the authors made 11 energy use scenarios from the operating HMC. From these results, the authors chose scenario 11 while simulation 13 HMC used 95% of electricity usage and 5% fuel consumption (HSD) which resulted in a minimum cost of Rp. 40,773,211,000 with a configuration of 5 HMCs operated on the West Berlian with each HMC operating for 5,818.3 hours each year, including 6 HMCs operating in east Berlian with each HMC operating for 4,955.3 hours each year and There are 2 HMCs which are operated on the north Belrian with each HMC being operated for 2668 hours in one year.
