Abstract

Within industrial world warehouses is a common thing. However if the warehouse is in second floor or more higher. Is very difficult for employee to lift up or bring down a component if the component have a weight more than 10 Kg. As is this problem came an idea to make a mini lift to help lift up and bring down a component that have a weight more than 10 Kg. in this project mini lift will be monitored in long range, the main function of the long range monitoring is to be able monitoring the mini lift whenever and wherever the condition of the mini lift. Second we can see the track record of that machine itself, if a problem occurs we could see the data that have been saved in database. The minilift prototype using microcontroller Arduino mega to control the stepper motor with the help of driver stepper motor. This mini lift has been given a load cell that will assist the mesure of the component weight, because of the stepper motor have a maximum weight that can lift up. The data of voltage, current, and weight will be saved on database as reference for maintenance. By making this final project that before lifting up as manually , can be done with automatic using this mini lift. This mini lift have a power to lift up maximum 5 Kg. With an average time 3 second, with heigh more or less 0.75 M. And equipped current sensor, voltage, and monitoring Local Area. Which are expected can increase effectiveness so the process can be more faster.
