Abstract
Supporter sepak bola merupakan identitas dari klub sepak bola. Supporter memilki peran erat dengan klub sepak bola karena adanya hubungan timbal balik dari kedua belah pihak. Sebagai komunitas, supporter juga memilki norma dan budaya sendiri. Contohnya Supporter Persebaya yang selalu tampil energik ketika berparade ria disaat pertandingan klub Persebaya berlangsung. Dengan slogan “ Emosi Jiwa ” supporter ini menggemakan Stadion Sepak Bola dengan seruan mars yang diiringi oleh tabuhan parade untuk menciptakan atmosfer positif ketika pertandingan berlangsung. Disisi lain supporter yang kerap disebut “Bonek” ini juga dipandang oleh masyarakat sebagai kelompok yang dikenal anarkis dan vandal. Dari berbagai macam track record supporter anarkis ini, branding dari Persebaya dan Bonek sebagai supporter setia Persebaya di pandang cukup buruk oleh masyarakat. Akibatnya beberapa kali supporter Persebaya di larang menghadiri pertandingan dengan rivalnya diluar kota oleh PSSI dan juga pemerintah Kota Surabaya untuk menghindari jatuhnya korban jiwa dan juga kerugian yang diakibatkan anarkisme dari supporter Persebaya. Dengan ada larangan ini supporter Persebaya kesusahan untuk memberikan bentuk dukungan untuk mensupport klub Persebaya disaat pertandingan berlangsung. Dari fenomena ini membutuhkan sebuah solusi bagi supporter Persebaya untuk memebrikan opsi sebuah bentuk dukungan melalui perancangan sebuah media aplikasi dengan memanfaatkan supporter Persebaya yang aktif di era milenial ini. Dibantu dengan banyaknya jumlah supporter Persebaya yang aktif lewat media sosial, juga akan menciptakan suasana positif terhadap Dengan solusi ini harapannya akan menambah value positif supporter Persebaya dan juga akan berdampak pula terhadap klub Persebaya.

Football supporters are the identity of football clubs. Supporters have a close role with football clubs because of mutual relations from both parties. As a community, supporters also have their own norms and culture. For example Persebaya Supporters who always appear energetic when parade fun when Persebaya club matches take place. With the supporting slogan "Emotion of the Soul" this echoes the Football Stadium with marching exclamations accompanied by a wasp of the parade to create a positive atmosphere of walking compilation. On the other hand supporters who are often called "Bonek" are also seen by the community as a group known as anarchists and destroyers. Of the various kinds of anarchist supporters' track records, the branding of Persebaya and Bonek as a loyal supporter of Persebaya is seen quite badly by the community. Supporting several Persebaya supporters was banned from joining the competition with rivals outside the city by PSSI and also the Surabaya City government to avoid falling casualties and also those involved involving anarchism from Persebaya supporters. With this ban Persebaya supporters tried to provide support to support the Persebaya club when the match took place. From this phenomenon, a solution is needed for Persebaya supporters to provide media support options through media applications that support Persebaya supporters who are active in this millennial era. Assisted by the number of Persebaya supporters who are active through social media, they will also support this solution positively, hoping that it will add to the positive value of Persebaya supporters and will also increase the Persebaya club.
