Abstract
Di Indonesia, UKM selama ini berperan sebagai sumber penciptaan lapangan kerja pendorong utama roda perekonomian di pedesaan, yang banyak memberikan andil dalam mengatasi masalah pengangguran dan kemiskinan. Usaha mandiri ini telah didukung penuh oleh pemerintah dengan banyak menghadirkan program-program pengembangan UKM salah satu stalkholder ialah Bank Indonesia. Salah satu UKM yang berada dibawah pembinaan Bank Indonesia bernama Tungku Elektrik, terletak di Tanggulangin, Sidoarjo. UKM ini memproduksi lampu hias menggunakan bahan kayu dan MDF. Penjualan lampu hias mempunyai peluang penjualan yang besar di negara Eropa, China, Jepang dan Amerika. Selama ini perancangan produk lampu hanya berkisar pada penerapan material. Pada perancangan ini, penulis melihat peluang adanya eksplorasi pada bayangan cahaya yang dihasilkan oleh lampu. Apalagi saat ini sudah adanya teknologi lampu pintar yang dapat merubah kecerahan, warna dan intensitas. Dengan penggambungan ekspos bayangan cahaya dan teknologi yang ada dapat dijadikan peluang kedepannya mengenai perancangan produk lampu. Berdasarkan peluang yang ada, penulis ingin membuka peluang penjualan lampu hias Tungku Elektrik dengan pemanfaatan fitur modern smart lighting dan pemanfaatan motif berlubang yang menjadi ciri khas UKM untuk ekspos bayangan motif cahaya. Sehingga diharapkan dapat memberikan manfaat inovasi dan peningkatan nilai jual produk sehingga pendapatan UKM tersebut bertambah.

In Indonesia, SME (Small and Medium Enterprises) have acted as a source of employment creation, the main economic driver in rural areas, which has contributed greatly to overcoming the problem of unemployment and poverty. This independent business has been fully supported by the government by presenting many SME development programs. One of the stakeholders is Bank Indonesia and one of the SMEs under the guidance of Bank Indonesia called Tungku Elektrik located in Tanggulangin, Sidoarjo. This UKM produces decorative lights using wood and MDF. Decorative lighting sales have big sales opportunities in European, Chinese, Japanese and American countries. So far, lighting product design only regulates material applications. In this design, the author sees the opportunity to receive the shadow of light produced by the lamp. Especially now there are smart lighting technologies that can change color and intensity. By combining light exposure and technology that can be used in the future regarding lighting product design. Based on the opportunities available, the author would like to open the opportunity to sell electric stoves with the addition of modern features for intelligent lighting and the use of hollow motifs that are characteristic of SMEs exposed to the reflection of light patterns. It is expected to be able to provide the benefits of innovation and increase product selling value so that SME's income increases.
