Abstract
Unbalance voltage dan Overload merupakan sebagian dari banyaknya permasalahan serius dalam dunia kelistrikan, terutama pada sistem kelistrikan yang menggunakan supply tiga fasa, toleransi unbalance voltage menurut ANSI Std C84.1-1989 adalah 3%. Sehingga diperlukan proteksi untuk menghindari ataupun untuk mengurangi kerusakan peralatan-peralatan akibat gangguan (kondisi abnormal operasi sistem). Relay merupakan bagian dari peralatan sistem tenaga listrik yang memberikan sinyal kepada circuit breaker untuk memutuskan sistem tenaga listrik jika terjadi gangguan. Untuk mengetahui adanya gangguan unbalance voltage maka digunakanlah sensor ZMPT101B untuk mendeteksi nilai tegangan 3 fasa dan untuk mengetahui adanya arus berlebih maka digunakanlah sensor arus SCT-013-100. Persen error terbesar pada saat dilakukan pengujian terhadap gangguan overload adalah 9.67%. semakin besar selisih arus yang melewati beban dengan arus setting, maka semakin cepat kontaktor memutus sambungan ke motor (kontaktor trip).

Unbalance voltage and Overload are some of the many serious problems in the world of electricity, especially in electrical systems that use three-phase supply, tolerance of unbalance voltage according to ANSI Std C84.1-1989 is 3%. So protection is needed to avoid or to reduce damage to equipment due to interference (abnormal operating conditions of the system). Relay is a part of the electrical power system equipment that gives a signal to the circuit breaker to disconnect the power system in the event of a disturbance. To determine the existence of unbalance voltage interference, the ZMPT101B sensor is used to detect a 3 phase voltage value and to find out there is an overcurrent, the current sensor SCT-013-100 is used. The biggest percentage of error, when tested for overload disturbances is 9.67%. the greater the difference in current that passes through the load with the current setting, the faster the contactor will disconnect the connection to the motor (trip contactor).
