Abstract
Sistem pengendalian level dengan pengaturan aliran pada plant Simulator Level Kontrol ini dimaksudkan untuk merekonstruksi Simulator Level Kontrol sebelumnya dimana berjalan hanya dengan 1 nilai set point alat ini digunakan sebagai alat penunjang praktikum beberapa mata kuliah. Agar ketinggian air dapat dikontrol sesuai dengan set point maka digunakan sistem kontrol PID dan nilai Kp 20, Ki 0.1, dan nilai Kd 3. Terdapat 2 kondisi saat sistem kontrol dijalankan yaitu kondisi normal dan kondisi gangguan atau disturbance. Pada kondisi normal, dengan set point level sebesar 20 cm untuk mencapai nilai steady state membutuhkan waktu 60 detik dengan besar bukaan valve inlet V1 dan valve outlet V2 masing-masing 75 %. Pada kondisi gangguan (distrubance) besar nilai bukaan dari V3 sebesar 20 % . Diaktifkan pada saat level sudah sesuai dengan set point waktu yang diperlukan 66 detik, untuk kembali pada nilai set point pada waktu 75-76 detik dengan nilai bukaan pada valve inlet V1 sebesar 70% dan pada valve outlet sebesar V2 90 %.

The level control system with flow control at the Plant Level Control Simulator is intended to reconstruct the previous Level Control Simulator which runs only with 1 set point value. This tool is used as a supporting tool for practicum for several subjects. So that the water level can be controlled in accordance with the set point, the PID control system is used and the Kp value of 20, Ki 0.1, and the value of Kd 3. There are 2 conditions when the control system is running, namely normal conditions and disturbance conditions. When normal conditions, with a set point level of 20 cm to reach a steady state value takes 60 seconds with a large inlet valve V1 and valve outlet V2 of 75% each. In the condition of disturbances (distrubance) the value of the opening of V3 is 20%. Activated when the level is in accordance with the set point of time required 66 seconds, to return to the set point value at 75-76 seconds with the opening value at valve inlet V1 at 70% and at valve outlet at V2 90%.
