Abstract
Kegiatan pengamatan kinerja suatu proses diperlukan sebuah sistem monitoring. Human Machine Interface pada plant simulator level control dibuat untuk proses monitoring. Human Machine Interface yang dibuat untuk menampilkan hasil pembacaan sensor dan respon sistem. Variabel yang diamati yaitu flow, level, dan presentase bukaan valve. Human Machine Interface juga dibuat untuk penyimpanan data hasil sensor dan aktuator atau bukaan valve. Data hasil monitoring disimpan dalam SDCard berupa file txt. Selain itu, Human Machine Interface pada sistem monitoring juga dapat digunakan untuk menentukan set point level yang diinginkan oleh operator. Data pembacaan ditampilkan pada LCD Grafis dan LCD karakter. Pada LCD Grafis, terdapat empat layer untuk menampilkan atau memonitoring proses yang meliputi pengendalian level saat mode normal maupun mode gangguan, dan tampilan data yang tersimpan. Setiap satu detik akan menyimpan sepuluh data, maka interval waktu penyimpanan data sebesar 0,1 detik.

The activity of observing the performance of a process requires a monitoring system. Human Machine Interface in the plant simulator level control is made for the monitoring process. Human Machine Interface made to display the results of sensor readings and system responses. The variables observed were flow, level, and percentage of valve openings. The Human Machine Interface is also made for storing data from sensors and actuators or valve openings. The monitoring data is stored in the SDCard in the form of a txt file. In addition, the Human Machine Interface in the monitoring system can also be used to determine the set point level desired by the operator. Reading data is displayed on LCD Graphics and LCD characters. In Graphic LCD, there are four layers for displaying or monitoring processes which include controlling levels during normal mode and interference mode, and displaying stored data.
