Abstract
Manajemen proyek merupakan semua perencanaan, pelaksanaan, pengendalian, dan koordinasi suatu proyek dari awal sampai selesainya proyek untuk menjamin biaya proyek dilaksanakan tepat waktu, tepat biaya, dan tepat mutu. Manajemen proyek meliputi 3 tahapan, yaitu perencanaan, penjadwalan, dan pengendalian. Permasalahan yang sering terjadi di lapangan adalah keterlambatan dalam menyelesaikan proyek yang berdampak pada pembengkakan biaya yang harus dikeluarkan setiap harinya. Hal ini mengakibatkan kerugian yang sangat signifikan bagi perusahaan konstraktor. Algoritma Tabu Search merupakan metode optimasi yang mempunyai ide dasar pencegahan dalam proses pencarian berulang yang pernah ditelusuri sebelumnya. Dalam penelitian ini, penulis mengimplementasikan Algoritma Tabu Search pada permasalahan proyek aksesibilitas bandara internasioanal Soekarno-Hatta oleh PT. XYZ. Data dari proyek tersebut merupakan masukan yang akan diolah pada implementasi Algoritma Tabu Search. Secara umum proses Algoritma Tabu Search dilakukan beberapa tahapan, yaitu tahap input data, tahap generate kandidat solusi, tahap pemilihan solusi terbaik pada kandidat solusi, tahap update tabu list. Tahapan tersebut dilakukan sebanyak i iterasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Algoritma Tabu Search dapat diterapkan pada permasalahan manajemen proyek konstruksi dengan kasus pertama dan kasus kedua. Hasil tersebut diperoleh solusi optimum untuk masing-masing kasus yaitu nilai rata-rata penyimpangan biaya proyek per hari sebesar sebesar Rp909.420,84 dan Rp594.417,25.

The project management is all the planning, scheduling, controlling, and coordination of a project from the beginning to the completion of the project to ensure the cost of the project is carried out on time, and on quality. The project management included three stages, there are planning, scheduling, and controling. The problems that often occurs in the field are the delay in completing the project which results in a swelling of the costs incurred every day. This resulted in a very significant loss for the construction company. Tabu Search Algorithm is an optimization method that has the basic idea of preventing the repeated search process that has been traced before. In this study, the author implemented Tabu Search Algorithm on the problems of project is Soekarno-Hatta International Airport accessibility project by PT. XYZ. The data in this study is the input that will be processed in the implementation of Tabu Seach Algorithm. In general, the process of Tabu Search Algorithm is carried out in several stages .The stages are input data, generated candidate solutions, selected the best solution for the candidate solution updated the taboo list. At this stage, the best solution chosen will be included in the taboo list. These stage was carried out as much as iterations. The results of this study showed that the application of Tabu Search Algorithm in the case of construction project management problems with the fisrt case and the second case. The result obtained the optimum solution for each case, namely the average value of deviation of project cost per day amounting to Rp909.420,84 and Rp594.417,25.
